Gorgeous townhome right on the beach with modern beach decor and amenities. Recently renovated with only the best materials, appliances and decor.

Overlooking crashing waves and boasting private beach access, when you book a stay at Sandy Cheeks you can't get any closer to the ocean! This beautiful townhome is decorated with plush furnishings and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Upon entering the home, you will feel the beach vibe instantly with the ocean-blue tile leading you past the 1st bedroom with its own private bathroom. Further down the hall, past the laundry room and main bathroom, is the 2nd bedroom with the 1st of 3 decks and private beach access.

On the second level of the home, you'll find a comfortable and bright living room - equipped with a Smart TV. When hunger arises, you can show off your culinary expertise amidst the adjacent full kitchen's gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. Extra perks are the oven's built-in air fryer, Keurig, and dual ice makers. Beverages on the beach can be effortlessly enjoyed with a second full-sized fridge downstairs and coffee station.

The third level of the home is the primary bedroom and the largest of all balconies furnished with two sun loungers and a pair of chairs. Ensuring your comfort, Sandy Cheeks has a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access. Outside, enjoy North Carolina's radiant weather from one of the balconies, the patio, or right on the beach.

Within 13 miles of your stay, enjoy visiting North Topsail Beach Town Park, the Surf City Ocean Pier, Shipwreck Point Golf Course, and numerous delicious seafood joints.

Great beach access

We were right at the shore and had an amazing view from 3 different decks. Plenty of space for a family of 5. We'll maintained. Extra fridge helped us enjoy margaritas on the beach!

Beautiful beach house

This beach house was absolutely beautiful and very clean and welcoming. Everything that you could possibly need for a house was provided, which was unexpected. Steps from the ocean, which was the best part of the property. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place as a piece of paradise for a beach vacation

Sandy Cheeks-you did not disappoint!!

We just had a wonderful week at Sandy Cheeks. From watching dolphins from our decks to being able to walk on the beach right out our door, it all could not have been any better. It does have a lot of steps as listed in the ad so no one should be surprised by that. All of the beds were most comfortable! Questions were answered timely! A++++(very clean!)

Great views!

This house has great views from all ocean facing rooms and decks. And the ocean literally comes right up to the steps at high tide. There is still plenty of beach room to set up for the day. We had a great time and got lots of steps in! Be prepared for a lot of going up and down steps. It’s definitely a chore on move in and move out day.

Great stay!

We loved the location on the island. Very quiet. Tons of space for lounging & sleeping. The outdoor decks were amazing! My one heads up would be that if you aren’t a fan of stairs, may want to rethink this property. It’s 3 levels & a lot of stairs, especially for someone who might be older. Another thing to know is that the only access to the beach is thru one of the downstairs bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue for us, but could potentially be awkward walking back & forth thru someone’s room. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again.

The Perfect Oceanfront Oasis!

Sandy Cheeks is the perfect beachfront getaway! As soon as you pull into the driveway you can feel the tranquility of the ocean come over you. The home was thoughtfully equipped for our stay. There were linens, travel-sized toiletries, kitchenwares & Keurig machines; perfect for making our morning coffees & enjoying them on the oceanfront balconies listening to the waves crashing along the shore. All of the bedrooms were a great size & the beds were comfortable. Nothing beats waking up to the sound & sight of ocean! The stairs leading down to the ocean even has an outdoor shower which helps to not track the sand inside the home. This was our favorite beach stay! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay!

We really loved the house, being just a few steps away from the beach and the area! The house is very clean, well decorated and nicely stocked, which greatly appreciated. Even though it was December, we had beautiful 50-60 degree days where we could have the door open or sit on one of the three balconies, and enjoy the sun, the view and ocean breeze. We walked the beach for shells, walked down to the pier, and got some pretty sunrise and sunset photos. If I had to say one improvement needed...my parents slept in the 1st floor balcony room and they said the queen bed is due for a new mattress (easy fix) and would definitely NOT keep us from booking this house again! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you

It was good location, beach not crowded which is what we were after. Layout of the house not ideal, only access to the beach is through a bedroom. The whole unit is cooled with one outdoor unit which is not enough to reach the master suite upstairs. We were hot every night, the thermostat was low as it would go and stillcould not sleep with the heat upstairs. Lots of ants and roaches. 2 out of 4 tvs didn’t work including master bedroom tv which was annoying. Electrical outlet on main porch dangerous and arcs and turns you cord black if trying to use it. I tried to sit out there and work on my laptop but the outlet was dangerous and not working.
