This location is so close to everything! Walking distance to the shoe, close to Grandview and Upper Arlington. Quickly and easily get on the highway or get to the Short North or Downtown!
What makes this property unique
It really just checks all the boxes. Plenty of sleeping areas (albeit a little tight) multiple living areas to hangout in. a full bathroom on each floor plus the large fenced backyard and offstreet parking.
