Just a heads-up — there’s a private studio on the first floor that’s rented out to a one person. She have her own separate entrance at the back, so the only spaces you might cross paths are the driveway and the side entry to their door. Otherwise, your privacy won’t be affected at all.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Our kids loved the spacious tub and the big beds. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house for our family trip to Long Island, the perfect space for us and plenty of room for my littles to play. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the house was clean!

The house fit our needs very well. It was a little drafty so it was hard to get the internal temperature correct.

House was in good location and neighborhood. The house wasn’t as clean as I would have thought. The freezer wasn’t clean at all. There was leftover food in the oven. They only had one roll of TP in each bath, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen and only two trash bags. This was for a 3 night stay with 12 total people. I would stay here again but would come better prepared.

We stayed at this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Hicksville from March 26–30. Unfortunately, the property was not ready at check-in. We arrived around 5:00 PM (after the 4:00 PM check-in time) and found the home unclean. The host responded promptly and sent a cleaner, who explained that the previous guests had checked out late and left the home in poor condition. While she made an effort, the property was still not fully cleaned.There were several issues, including broken cabinet doors, dirty dishes left in the oven, and no basic kitchen items such as utensils, pots, or pans upon arrival. We had to go out for dinner the first night and improvise breakfast the next morning. Some items were later provided, but we still had to purchase essentials like dish soap and cooking utensils.Overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and we ended up doing some cleaning ourselves. Our group of six spent most of the time outside the property, returning mainly to sleep.The floor heating panels were all coming apart. We were given a code to open the lockbox, but the host and cleaning lady knew the code as well. We were also contacted about high water usage during our stay, which was unexpected. The host said that the water company called to let him know there was an excess
