The only real concern was how unclean the place was. The biggest concern was the kitchen sponge was disgusting. There should always be a new sponge in the package.

We really enjoyed this beautiful lake house and its amenities for our family. The property was very spacious inside, offered two floors, the lower level with 2 bedrooms and pool table, and the upper floor with the main suite. There are a LOT of stairs, so be prepared for a workout getting up and down to the lake. The neighbors were helpful in getting us parked and entered into the house, more so than the official host, who would not reply to my messages, only sent me automated messages, which was frustrating. I would advise to come with your own kitchen supplies, good knives, utensils, and storage containers, hand towels, as these are lacking and slim options. Otherwise, our favorite part of this house was the beautifully landscaped yard with firepit and easy access dock to get to boats, paddleboards and/or just go for a swim. This is a fairly new rental, and Im sure with a few minor adjustments will be top notch and easy stay. I would recommend staying here and just bring a few extra necessities.

This house was nice but unfortunately it was not clean when we got there. There was toothpaste and spit in one of the sinks, the floors were dirty and sticky, bedding was not washed we spent all day on our first day there washing our bedding and making the beds. We called and messaged our host with no response back.
