New Management! Relax at Aquamarine Villa! 15 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH. Your peaceful getaway in Rotonda. Our spacious 4-bed/2-ba home is the perfect escape to recharge. All the comforts of home/heated saltwater pool/spa, fully equipped kitchen/open-concept living areas. Relax on the lanai or take a sunset dip. Enjoy the white-sand beaches of Boca Grande & Englewood Beach & top-rated golf courses. The ideal blend of peaceful seclusion/easy access & coastal fun & outdoor adventure.

You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Must be over 25 to book
- The house is available after 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
- The keyless door code will be last 4 digits of the phone number given at booking. Press the house icon on the bottom left to light up the pad and input your code. Please give time for the lock to cycle open before trying to open the door. When leaving, pull the door tight and press the lock logo on the bottom right. If locking or unlocking malfunctions re-enter your code.
- One vehicle is allowed in the garage and two vehicles on the driveway. Due to security no garage remotes will be supplied. The HOA does not allow any boats, trailers or commercial vehicle parking on the street.
- During your stay, keep all food in sealed containers or refrigerated to avoid ants and other pest.
- Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise level low. Quiet hours if from 10:00pm to 7:30am. If you will be in the pool or hot tub after these hours, please keep the noise down. No loud music, no parties, no visitors unless approved by the owners. Occupancy is 8. Do not exceed this number.
- Never turn A/C lower then 71 degrees. The A/C could freeze with the back door open and could damage the unit. If you have the slider doors open please turn the A/C down so it does not run continuously.
- There are alarms on the sliding doors for safety. DO NOT DISARM THEM. They can be annoying but they are a safety necessity for guest. It is the responsibility of the guest to maintain their safety and their childrenâs safety with the pool and hot tub.
- The plumbing is in working order. Please keep it that way and do not place anything in toilets, drains or garbage disposal that may cause a clog, you will be held financially responsible to unclog it.
- Please report all damage or unsafe conditions. Cameras located in front of garage, front door and pool equipment.
- Please leave sand on the beach and do not rinse toys, sandals, shoes, ect in the sinks or tubs as it will clog the drains.
- No downloading of copyrighted content from the network. This is illegal and is grounds for removing the guest.
- NO SMOKING INDOORS. IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE SMOKE OUTSIDE AND PICK UP THE BUTTS. MAKE SURE THEY THE BUTTS ARE DISTINGUISHED AND DO NOT CAUSE A FIRE. BE A RESPONSIBLE SMOKER.
- Dog owners: please pick up your dog pooh and dispose in the garbage. NO CATS ALLOWED!
- Trash/recycle pick up day is on Tuesday. Please wheel out the recycle & trash cans out on Monday evening and bring them back in after pick-up. If you are leaving on Monday or Tuesday, please put them out before you leave.
- CHECK OUT PROCEDURES â Unless pre-authorized check out time is 11:00am promptly. If you leave earlier, please let us know.
- Please leave the unit as you found it. The cleaning crew will perform the basic cleaning after each stay. THEY ARE NOT MAIDS! The following rules are to insure you will not be charged for excessive cleaning after you stay.
- The cleaning company will wash normal use of sheets and towels; however, stained sheets or towels are your responsibility to remove the stains or let us know and we can decide if they need to be replaced. If they cannot be cleaned, you will be charged to replace them. Spills on the furniture are your responsibility to clean. If the stain cannot be cleaned let us know so our team can be prepared. If the stain cannot be cleaned, you will be charged to replace the item.

- All trash and recyclables must be put in the trach/recycle cans in the garage.
