We welcome you to the perfect vacation retreat, an elevated beach home that promises tranquility and enjoyment for all. The spacious rental property features four inviting bedrooms and three well appointed bathrooms,ensuring ample space for family and friends. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, it’s an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway, yet conveniently close to two private beach accesses, several delightful restaurants, and a convenient store for all your needs. The quiet surroundings are perfect for leisurely walks and bike rides, allowing you to soak in the peaceful atmosphere and picturesque scenery.
Step inside and you will be greeted by a warm and welcoming home designed for comfort and fun.

LIVING;
The large living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, whether you are enjoying a show on the 75 inch TV, playing a game of Scrabble, or simply catching up over coffee. The home features 10.5 foot ceilings and ample seating for gathering. The open concept area offers a coffee bar and game space, and opens onto an expansive deck overlooking a natural wetland where trees surround the property offering privacy and additional gathering space.

KITCHEN;
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, so you can easily prepare a special meal to share. The amenities include various sizes of pots and pans, a large stockpot for your low country boil, Bunn drip coffee maker, french press, Keurig, and a Kitchen Aide mixer. An additional freezer is provided in laundry area for storage of ice.

DINING:
The dining room features a solid wood table that accommodates eight guests. Four additional bar stools are located at the kitchen bar for additional seating or a quick snack. The deck offers a dining table for six.

LAUNDRY:
There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are available.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, large closet, 65 inch smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has its own private entrance to the deck. The large en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, private water closet, large shower and soaking tub.

SECOND MASTER:
The second master offers a king size bed, large closet, 55 inch smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Black out curtains are provided for your comfort and privacy. A dressing desk and comfortable chair doubles as a remote work station. The en-suite offers an additional tub and shower.

THIRD BEDROOM:
The third bedroom offers s king size bed, large closet, 55 inch smart TV, black out curtains and a dressing table/ work station.

BUNK ROOM:
This room features queen over queen Francis and Loft Bunks. These adult bunks are rated for over 2000 pounds and offer extreme safety and comfort. The room features a 55 inch smart TV, large closet,and black out shades. A pac- n-play is offered on the top shelf of the closet.

HALL BATHROOM:
This large full bathroom is located between the third and fourth bedrooms. It offers ample countertop space and an extra large shower.

DECK:
The deck is a large space that stretches across the entire back of the home. It provides rockers for relaxation, additional dining space, and loungers for sunbathing. This large area overlooks a serene lagoon. It is an idyllic spot to catch the sun and enjoy bird watching in the natural wetland.

RECREATIONAL AREA:
Outside, the magic continues with extra seating surrounding a large hot tub for six. This covered area with tables, chairs, and games offers a perfect venue for hanging out. There are several entertainment options including ping pong and corn hole. Grab a bike and take a short ride to the beach or play games with the kids. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is convenient for rinsing off when coming off the beach. A sturdy park worthy charcoal grill is available for grilling after long days at the beach.

BEACH ACCESS:
The Pearl is four blocks from a neighborhood beach access. The beach access is private to Surfside Shores residents and guests only, therefore there is no public access. It is a quick walk, but a faster ride with a golf cart to the beach. There is no parking for cars at the beach access but parking is available for golf carts or bikes. There are several golf cart companies that offer delivery and pick up services directly to customers. When you rent at The Pearl you can receive a 10% discount at “Golfcarts2you “. GUEST ACCESS:
You have access to the entire home except for owner’s locked closets, and locked trailer located under the property.

BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, BIKES, PAC-N-PLAY are provided but not guaranteed as damage is not predictable. Refunds are not provided for unavailable amenities.

Guests are also prohibited from entering the wetland areas around the property. These areas may contain dangerous animals that should never be approached or fed.
