Unfortunately, an unexpected calendar synchronization issue resulted in a double booking across platforms, and we understand how frustrating this was—especially on the day of arrival. We fully recognize that last-minute accommodations can be stressful and more expensive, and we regret that the refund did not fully offset those additional costs. This situation does not reflect the level of service and reliability we strive to provide to our guests.
