*. Steps disclosure : There are 16 steps from the street to the entrance. It is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is 1 assigned free parking spaces in the front of the house. ​​You could also park additional cars on the Redondo Beach Parking lot. It's not free and 3 mins walk from there. Free street parking will take 5 mins walk from home.​

*. Noise Disclosure: The house is on the road, you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.

*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the house but fans are provided.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house nor on the balcony. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
