Jeannine was easy to work with throughout our stay. We stayed over Thankgiving and cooked fairly extensively. We were very pleasantly surprised how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes, pots, pans, measuring utensils, etc. Unfortunately, the elevator broke the day we arrived, but Jeannine made every effort to get it fixed over the holiday. The unit might be due for some new pillows, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back!

Perfect location on the beach easy to get in and out. Loved having a garage to pull directly into to load and unload in the elevator. Owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with.

Great location and the house was perfect for our two families with teenage/young adult children. Jeannine was very quick to respond with any questions we had. She even dropped off a filled propane tankto us for our last minute grilling. We plan to be back!

This stay was great! It's not the newest rental out there, but it has that comfy vibe of staying at a relatives guest house. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with nice dishes and cookware (finding a place with a good skillet is hard to do!). It was especially nice to have an ice maker in the refrigerator. All of the bedrooms had adequate room and plenty of closet space. Being right on the beach is always a big plus and there was a huge selection of beach toys and chairs in the garage. Communication with the host was very fast and easy. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to come to the beach!

First time staying at Pensacola Beach, what a great place. We had family here at Jeannine Townleys rental and could not ask for nothing more. It is a truly amazing place and hope to use it again.

We had a great time, weather wasn’t the greatest, but we made the most of it. They had a lot of cooking items that most places we’ve stayed did not. Had lots of beach stuff to use. Beds were really comfortable, super soft.

Baseball Springbreak

This was the absolute best place that we have stayed at in Pensacola!! The location is amazing! We woke up to dolphins swimming almost every morning! Neighbors were fishing on the beach! The elevator was great for checking in and out! Communication was fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing this home!

Short and sweet escape.

First visit to PNS and we couldn't have picked a better home away from home. Jeannine and Allen were great hosts, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The condo was well stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach toys. Easy 10 min trip to groceries/etc. Best part is the beach is your backyard! We'll be back!

Peaceful location for Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Soothing sounds of the waves, the refreshing air, and the spectacular views of the rising and setting sun. Our reunion group included a 90 year family member who greatly appreciated the elevator. The outdoor patio was the prefect setting to enjoy our seafood steamer feast.

Family Time

We stayed at this unit while visiting our son in flight school at NAS Pensacola. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (adult kids) to relax and catch-up. Jeannie offered early check-in. It was helpful to pop-in and see what we needed before heading to the store. She was there and gave us a tour making us so feel welcome. We loved the easy access to the beach and the large patio to have family dinners while watching the Navy planes. So much better than the nearby high rises. We will be back when our LTJG gets his wings!

Best Condo in Pensacola Beach

Pictures do this place no justice so I can’t say that it was exactly as pictured because it was BETTER. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us all without being on top of each other. The kids loved the elevator and the provided beach toys. The kitchen is stocked like none I’ve never seen before. If you can’t prepare a meal in that kitchen, you don’t need to be cooking. Beds are all so comfortable, super easy beach access. Ms Jeannine was an amazing host. This my first trip to Pensacola but it will definitely not be the last.

Amazing Beach Front Vacation

Absolutely incredible. Jeanne was great and helped with all questions. The toys, chairs etc in the garage was a nice surprise. Also, at the time of this review, there is a crib and toddler bed in the master which was a huge plus. We would love to stay at this property again.

Overall great stay!!

Early check-in was available and we were so glad it was! Showed up to the 3rd floor AC out, but they had it fixed before what should have been our normal check-in. The owners were very sweet and helpful to get the problem fixed quickly. I do think the property could have been cleaned a little more thorough, the floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Overall a wonderful stay, perfect beach front spot.
