Bienvenido al paraíso, siéntate y relájate. Esta casa frente al golfo tiene la mejor vista del golfo de México y las arenas blancas como el azúcar de la playa de Pensacola. Este es el lugar perfecto para escapar. Esta propiedad cuenta con WiFi, lavadora / secadora y un garaje para 3 autos.

4 habitaciones / 3. Casa adosada de 5 baños frente al golfo. Esta hermosa casa tiene capacidad para 14 personas. Ofrecemos 2 camas extragrandes y 4 reinas y un sofá cama para que pueda dormir. En mayo de 2017 se instalaron nuevos gabinetes de cocina y baño con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.

Ofrecemos un mínimo de 2 a 4 noches, excepto del 30 de mayo de 2020 al 15 de agosto de 2020, que es una estadía mínima de 7 noches, solo de sábado a sábado. Ofrecemos alquileres mensuales a partir de noviembre hasta el 28 de febrero.

Nota: La tarifa de propiedad de $ 50 es en realidad una tarifa de exenci��n de daños accidentales. Actualmente, VRBO no nos permite ingresar una tarifa personalizada en un campo de texto libre. La tarifa de exención de daños accidentales es en lugar de un depósito de garantía reembolsable más grande, es una exención de da��os no reembolsable de $ 50. A fantastic place for a family vacation. The condo is situated on the beach with a short walk to the ocean. We loved being there and have many happy memories to be shared through the coming years.

Great location! Right on the beach. Lots of room. Right across the street was a wonderful biking/walking paved pathway that went for miles and ran right between the bay and gulf. The carpet may need to be replaced; there was a smell that was probably the carpet.

White Sands is the perfect place to stay with family. Direct access to the beach, close by grocery stores and plenty of dining options. The AC in this unit worked great as well as everything else. The living room furniture needs to be updated and the dining table is not well suited for small children (in all fairness the photos do show that). Overall cleanliness was good but we did notice the top bed covers do not appear to be regularly cleaned. we would certainly stay hear again if we didn't have small children as dining was difficult.

Family Time

We truly enjoyed our week at White Sands. The condo provided the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach...only a minute's walk...beautiful view...and the condo itself was lovely. We spent many hours on the beach and more time eating and playing games at the condo. We had some fine times!!

Perfect location

The location was perfect. communication and check in were easy. we plan on booking this for our family trips from now on. my only complaints would be the house could use a few touch ups- lots of dents and dings around the house, a sectional would would be nice since it’s such a big house that fits so many. I feel like the couch and 2 chairs just aren’t enough. and add a few blankets! other than those small things, the house really is nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our 6 day stay and again the location was perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, well kept property. Everything was in working condition. We loved that the property had an ocean view with beach access. We made use of the kitchen and it had all the needed appliances, dishes, accessories needed. The only thing I think that could be improved upon is the windows needed to be cleaned better and Beach chairs/umbrellas provided for. There was a service you can call to help set up the beach chairs and umbrellas for you at a price. That being said, we loved this property and would go back again. The property management was very nice and quickly called me back when we were having internet problems. They were eager to help!

Good time

Loved the beachfront nature.Had a great time.Only recommendations would be new couch in living room and did get a couple splinters on back deck so might want to look into replacing that deck at some time in future. Finally, a propane grill over charcoal grill would also be a better option, as all the other condos next to us had propane grills. But again overall we had a great time.

Great House

This house was exceptional in cleanliness. They also have everything you would need in the kitchen. The only problem I had was with the Internet. Not always strong enough for me to get my emails. All in all it was a great rental. Thank you!

It was great for our family gathering in November. And a big shout out to Gopher carts, they picked us up quickly right at our garage and took us wherever we needed to go for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend them also.

Family Retreat at White Sands

Our family stayed at White Sands last week. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the immediate access to the beach and the ability to hose off the sand before re-entering the home. The pre-teen grandkids LOVED having a TV in their bedroom; a real treat for them! The main deck could use a little TLC and a gas grill but otherwise, we were quite pleased with the layout and condition of the home which was plenty spacious for our family of eight. Grandma (me) had the main floor bedroom and private bath to herself (the main floor also has a half bath) while my son, DIL and their 5 children had their privacy upstairs with 2 additional bathrooms. The townhome is also quite soundproof, which was a bonus! The set-up was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit! It was spacious and clean and everything worked as advertised. The location right on the beach cannot be beat! The kitchen has tons of counter space for meal prep and has just about everything you'd need. However, if you are wine drinkers there are only a few very small wine glasses. I imagine they have probably gotten broken over the years and not replaced, just FYI. If I had a suggestion for the owner it would be to invest in a gas grill. All the units around you have one and it's much safer and more convenient than charcoal. Also, somebody could have an accident one day with the charcoal grill and start a massive fire and destroy your wonderful place. Overall we loved our stay at White Sands and would definitely stay in 469 again. We really appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly! Also the management company was great.

Family time

Beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water, and the location and low density condo unit was nice. I would, however, suggest some updated cookware, especially a nicer cookie sheet. Overall, I was very pleased with this unit

Our White Sands stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our over all stay was enjoyable but this property could be so much nicer with some care. The patio furniture is rusty, beach chair under the deck were rusty and unusable. The living room furniture was worn or broken. Some dishes in the kitchen cracked or chipped and worn. The location is great and there is plenty of room, it just needs some new furnishings.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay—great location, amazing views and access to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to paved walking/bike trail, restaurants and shops, yet removed enough to feel quiet. Enjoyed every moment!
