Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. The only knock is that they don't provide enough dishwashing soap or trash bags and the paper towels are the lowest quality I've ever seen. They kind of warn you about this on the front end, but it's still seems silly for such a nice place to cut corners on that kind of stuff.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was great! I loved being able to just walk straight out and be on the beach in a couple of minutes! Will definitely try to stay there again

Fantastically Large Condo to Fit my Family

Paradise Beach was very accommodating with a few of my Requests for somethings needed in the condo that wasn't supplied. Also some furniture could probably be replaced in the family room. The extra fridge in the garage helped out a lot with 16 people. All in all we had a great time at nice accommodations, beautiful beach, and wonderful views. Thank you to Paridise Beach vacations and to the owners!

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals and enjoy coffee and cocktails on the deck. It has a nice gas grill that was perfect for grilling burgers. It is nicely decorated and the pictures and descriptions are accurate. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay

Good set up for grandparents on main floor and three bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on upper for daughter’s family. Right on the beach thrilled the two preschool grandsons. Was clean, pretty, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with internet trying to watch football but savvy son in law was able to cast things to watch.

Fall Break 2023- Great location and space!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay here! We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Location, location, location!!! The views, white sands, and Emerald waters are breath-taking! We had everything we needed & the check in was a breeze. Would enjoy more comfortable seating in the living room. Love to stools and bar seating. Carpet in the bunk room is quite worn/stained but the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has been updated nicely. Adequate kitchen tools. Weather was a bit touchy as a cold front had moved in that later lured in a tropical storm which left us with some really rough waters and red flags. Not negative just nature. Gave us some time to spend checking out the Naval museum- it was great. Would revist in a heart beat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first year to Oensacola. We have gone to Destin for the past 16 years and decided to give Pensacola a try. The views were amazing! The house was clean and everything in order when we checked in. The house needs updating but you stay for the views and the views were incredible. The house was close to everything. Beaches were great and not near as crowded as Destin.

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!

My family and I stayed her last year and loved it so much we thought it would be a new family tradition. I have a review from last April posted on here. Sadly, that is not the case. Upon check-in they informed me a pest control appointment was for the next day. This was fine, until the man showed up and started pulling appliances from the wall and there were roaches EVERYWHERE! I've never seen such an infestation. He would tap the walls with his boots and they would scatter out of the walls. He sprayed and killed them for quite a while stating that this was going to "take a lot". He then said he would be back again when leaving but never returned. We spent 9 days, killing roaches in a place that should be 5 stars. One of the roaches crawled over my 3 year olds food. When I brought this to the attention of the rental company they apologized and told me a manager would reach out to me about this matter. I never recieved a call. We will NEVER use this company again. Their company name is Paradise Beach Homes. No one should pay this type of money for this type of quality EVER. I feel sorry for everyone that has already paid and now has to stay there because this rental company does not care for you or your health. I also feel sorry for the person who owns this place because he is paying this company big money to run it into the ground. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Large family stay

We were very happy with the house. There were plenty of linens, cookware, utensils and beds. The view is amazing. We loved the short walk across the sand to the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth all day long. It was nice to secure our cars in the garage. The only drawback we experienced was that the seating in the living room was only comfortable for 3 on the couch. The side chairs are not comfortable for more than a few minutes. For a home that sleeps so many it would be nice for the main living area to seat at least 10 comfortably. Another couch and 2 comfy chairs would be a good improvement. We sat at the table to play games but it wasn’t fun to sit and watch movies from the table for 2 hours.

Reviewer Comments: This seemed to be an older unit -some doors and locks seemed to stick and hard to open. We had a slight bug problem so needed to spray raid every night- we did call about this problem. However the location cannot be beat. Right on the gulf-steps away from the water. The unit is large with plenty of room for groups of people. The kitchen is a dream to cook in.

Beautiful property in a great location!

We had an awesome time staying at this townhouse! The beach view was gorgeous, especially from the upstairs bedroom! The home was clean and provided all the essential needs for a nice trip! We had 14 people and there was room for everyone! We really had a. great time and would recommend this home to others!

Mostly good

The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach without even a walkover; loved the back porch swings and hose off area under the deck; pretty well stocked kitchen. Central air worked great! The washing machine did not rinse and spin - messaged owner but no response, so that was frustrated because we stayed for a whole week and really needed and expected to be able to do laundry. Gas grill was nice to have, but it ran out of gas shortly after I put the burgers on the grill, so that wasn't great. TV over the dining table is a bit awkward and could be more and more comfortable seating in living room to watch a show/movie at night; master bedroom has incredible balcony and very roomy space. We loved our time here, but there was a bit of room for improvement in a few ways.

Bedroom mattress on the main level, you roll to the middle. The rail at the top of the stairs is loose. Overall a great location, loved the view, clean and plenty of space.

With the price you are paying you should at least have decent pots and pans to cook with. They had two pans to cook with and one was so warped you couldn’t even use it it would not stay flat on the stove and the other one was like a griddle and the Teflon was coming off of it. Then I understand one thing of toilet paper and paper towels however if you’re staying a week and you have 10 people there I would think at least you accommodate a few rolls in each bathroom. However the beds are comfortable the icemaker did not work they did send a service guy out that same day to take a look at it but unfortunately it was non-repairable which wasn’t a big deal they did come out quick for service. If they would give you nice cookware and have plenty of mixing bowls this would be a five star rating!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay at the house wasn’t terrible, but we did encounter several issues during our week there. When we tried to contact the property to ask for an early check in, the lady who picked up weas super rude, and hung up on us. We ended up having to call their toll free number that was difficult to find before getting our questions answered. The next thing wasn’t too big of an issue, but none of the TVs actually worked, and was mostly just for wall decorations. Another issue that didn’t really bother us since we had cell service, was that the wifi was very terrible, and didn’t connect half the time. If you are looking to watch TV and use their internet, you are better off renting from a different property. The biggest issue we had was the cleaning crew actually showed up a day before checkout, and started to clean up the place. Thankfully we came back in time before they headed up stairs. Apparently they were told we shouldve checked out already, but we weren’t supposed to have checked out until a day later. If we didn’t come back during that time, who knows what would’ve happened with our belongings in the rental house, as they already had a pile of our belongings in the garage, ready to be thrown out. The last issue we had was that there were several pillows that had questionable stains on there, but since we didn’t have too many people living with us, we were able to use another pillow for the week. Besides these issues the house has a very nice view, and the check out process was easy.

The only problem was we were not told of the parking problem. the buildings on either side of us had a garage to park in and a numbered parking space. our building only had the garage. I'm sure the management company knew of this, but failed to inform us, however there was visitor parking which help solve the problem In all the management company did a great job and we would us them and the location again.

Nice Place

Property is very roomy and fit 10 women easily. It has a great location and right on the beach. Pictures are a bit deceiving as it is a bit outdated.
