This luxury townhouse has the closest beach access than ANY property on Pensacola Beach because it was built before the set back distance was changed in 1996 after Hurricane Erin. This home offers spectacular views of Gulf sunsets. For added comfort, it also features high-end furniture, plentiful amenities, and more.

As the owner/manager, I strive to provide every guest with a home-away-from-home experience. If you need anything, I am right around the corner.

For specifics, the townhouse offers the following:

*Pet friendly. Dogs deserve to see the Gulf too! Pet Fee $250

* Large custom showers, essential for a long day at the beach.

*Private garage suitable for three vehicles.

*Free-to-use beach activités and supplies, including boogie boards, a beach cart, sand castle shovels, inflatables, and more.

*Four bedrooms, including a master with an en suite bathroom.

*Oceanside deck with a high-end gas grill.

*Multiple televisions, including a 65 inch smart TV.

*King sized Tempurpedic mattresses.

*Laundry room with high tech machines.

Great location. Sally was in touch, hospitable, and helpful. The facility had all the beach equipment you need except umbrellas. Loved having a garage and the view was excellent. There is no pool but our family isn’t at the beach for a pool. Would have liked some way to lock the unit when we all went to the beach.

This review is long so read to the end. Positives: Location & size of the condo! We had 6 adults, 2 children. Each couple had their own king bed, bathroom, We had an issue with the ac & thankfully it was fixed same day! Plenty of beach toys, floats, wagon, etc. available. Bed sheets were clean & nicely made. Plenty of towels. Negatives: Upon arrival we were quite surprised that the state of the condo was not as depicted in listing photos. The rugs were worn & tattered. The grill was a mess, it worked but the heat was temperamental & we used aluminum so food would not touch grates. The cantilever umbrella was broken but thankfully we were able to swap it out for another in the garage. The deck table umbrella was actually for the beach & didn’t work properly so we bought one to use. Also bought a rug to use at deck door. Visible dirt & dog hair required additional sweeping. Replaced 4 light bulbs. Rewashed plates, cups & silverware that had food particles stuck on. Cleaned stove top. There is no toilet paper holder in the upstairs master, not even a spot where it was or should be which is so weird! The tp in the down bathroom continually falls off holder. The back door knob has to be turned in order to close. All of these negatives were annoying. Did it ruin our trip, no. Will we stay here again, no. Did we appreciate the fact that we were on a beautiful beach with our family under one roof, YES!!

Our stay was great! The condo had plenty of room for us. And the location was perfect to watch the Blue Angels! A few items in the home need some updates and repairs, nothing we couldn't deal with, lightbulbs need replacing, vent above microwave was broken, blinds in the downstairs bedroom were broken, shower handle in downstairs bedroom was broken, toilet seat in upstairs master was broken, there is a whole in the wall behind the door in the bunk room, the gas grill was out of propane, when we got there but the owner brought us a replacement right away and refunded our cleaning fee because the ice maker was broken and she brought us some bags of ice. Over all a great stay, just needs some updates!

It was great!

We’d definitely book again, it was in a great location & we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the random decor around the house, I wouldn’t say that portion of things is kid friendly, as most of it is breakable if knocked over on accident. However, we spent most of our time on the beach & surrounding areas, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Hosts were great, and quickly responded when we had questions. We plan to hopefully book again next year! Thanks for allowing us in your home! :) .

The location is perfect. Love that the allow any size dog. I had problems finding a place that allowed over 30lbs for a dog. The property is wonderful and right on the beach. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect Location

The house was perfectly situated right on the beach. Lots of room for the entire family. Sally was very responsive when I emailed with questions. Very nice having a beach cart to haul stuff out to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Pensacola Beach

The location of this unit was great. It's right on the beach and we had very few people early in the week. The beach did have more people later in the week due to the air show. We picked it so we could see the Blue Angels and not be overcrowded. It was perfect for that. We did also like the garage parking. We were able to fit both of our SUV's but just barely. The unit directions said that there was a remote for the garage. We did not get a remote and it would have been helpful. However, we did have some issues with this rental. The unit was not clean when we got there. There was food left in the refrigerator, trash behind the couch, sand on the chairs, and we found clothes in the couch cushions. This unit also needs some work. The deck is in bad shape and needs to be painted or replaced. The rails are loose as well. The photos showed a large outdoor umbrella on the deck. It is actually downstairs and we were not able to use. The deck umbrella that was on the outdoor table was broken. We found a beach umbrella in the garage to use while on the deck since there was no shade. There is only a bench on the upstairs deck which was not very comfortable. Inside could use some work to. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. There were broken outlets and covers, one bedpost was missing the top which exposed a screw, and the AC quit working while we were there. We liked the location, but the unit needs work.

When looking for a beach rental, you can choose from a Condominium/ High Rise residence which tends to have small rooms with densely populated common areas and is elevator dependent or a much more expensive but private single family home residence . The White Sands Cottages are the best of both by giving you a single family home experience for the reasonable price of Condominium
