Marathon Getaway: Waterfront Home with 45' Dock
Relax at Marathon Getaway, a canal-front Florida Keys home just one mile from Sombrero Beach. Enjoy direct ocean access, a private 45-foot dock, a kayak, two bicycles, and peaceful water views.
The Space
Sleeps up to eight guests:
Primary bedroom with king bed and private bathroom
Second bedroom with queen bed
Third bedroom with two twin beds
Additional sofa or air mattress available upon request
Fully equipped kitchen
Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air, and ceiling fans
Washer and dryer located outside on the deck
Outdoor seating, private dock, kayak, and bicycles
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home, dock, outdoor areas, laundry, kayak, bicycles, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles.
Self check-in is available with a unique smart-lock code provided before arrival.

The home is located in a quiet Marathon neighborhood near beaches, shopping, dining, boat ramps, and local attractions.

Grocery stores and pharmacies: 5 minutes
Public boat ramps: 4–8 minutes
Fishermen’s Community Hospital: 8 minutes
Seven Mile Bridge: 15 minutes

Children must be supervised near the canal and dock
Return the kayak and bicycles after use
Place used towels in the bathrooms, load the dishwasher, and dispose of trash before checkout
Important Notes
The property is directly on a canal, so caution is required near the water. The dock is best suited for small to medium boats.
Beach towels and basic starter supplies are provided.
Marathon Getaway is the perfect home base for boating, fishing, biking, beach days, and relaxing by the water.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The location was perfect - close to beach, publix and a nice wide canal for our boat. We also made use of the bikes and kayaks. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday in Paradise!

The most perfect location in the FL Keys! Relatively short drives to all the "must sees" and even if staying close, great food and sight seeing activities. The property is lovely and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

Brought my family for a week to escape the cold. Great place with kayaks and bikes. Sombrero beach is right down the road. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful property

The location could not have been better. Everything we needed was within a mile, and the house was beautiful, and beds so comfortable!

Amazing Time!

Great house, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed! Bikes and kayaks were fun amenities. Owners helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place on the water

House was great overall; clean, well maintained and good location on the water. Only downside is that it can be 30 min to the gulf or Atlantic by boat, otherwise no complaints!

We had a wonderful stay! Our boat fit perfect at the dock (36’ boat). Plenty of space for our family. The home was well stocked with everything needed!

Great vacation with friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything. You won’t go wrong booking this property. Easy communication with owner. Checking in was a snap. We snorkeled, fished, and enjoyed some awesome sunsets.

Great Location and Neighborhood

The home is very clean and as advertised. The location is great for Marathon and the neighborhood is very nice. Good place to relax. Nice boat doc. Sombrero Beach is just a few stop signs away.

Great family house!

House was clean, was exactly as advertised, and sized just right for us. Location was great and we had no issues during our stay....other than a manatee trying to eat a kayak!

Amazing !

We love this place! this is our second year staying here Perfect for our annual family fishing vacation with boys. House is perfect for boat, grilling our fish , and the Beds are sooo comfy! Kids love the kayak and paddle boards. See you next year!

Property is nicely kept. The owner goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home with additional touches. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Property is just what we were looking for.

Our family had such a wonderful time staying in this comfortable, clean, and roomy home! We went fishing, sat out on the porch and watched manatee and iguanas! Grocery store, beach, and swimming all down the road! Perfect location! We all had a fabulous time!
