Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I truly apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced, as this is absolutely not the standard we hold our home to. This weekend, we had to use a different cleaning company that we had never worked with before because our usual cleaner was not available. We were not happy with the results either, and I want to assure you this was only a temporary situation and will never happen again. We are addressing this immediately to ensure the home is always spotless for every guest moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback , I truly appreciate you being honest about your experience. Regarding the location, the home is conveniently situated near NRG Stadium and on the opposite end of downtown Houston. While Houston itself is not a very walkable city compared to others, there are still many great food options and restaurants just a short drive away. I do want to mention that the home was thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay. That said, I take your comments very seriously and will be ensuring my staff triple-checks every cleaning moving forward so that everything is up to the highest standard before each guest arrives. The toilet seat was recently damaged and is already scheduled to be repaired. Thank you again for your feedback , it truly helps me improve. I appreciate you highlighting the spaciousness, garage, and security features as well.

Hi! Thank you so much for being an amazing guest and writing amazing things about the house! There are some stuff still in the garage due to my construction crew finishing the extension of the drive way and some other things around the house two days ago. Once all construction decor around the house is finished up (this week), there won’t be anymore materials in the garage! Thanks again for your review and I hope to see you again!

This guest threw a 60 unauthorized party on Christmas that was needed to be shut down by Houston police. There stay was cancelled and they were told to leave the house as soon as possible. They did not respond nor listen until the cops physically kicked them out. The situation escalated even more when i arrived to the house yesterday morning needing the police to arrive once again. This guest throws unauthorized parties, damages properties, and is involved in illegal activities as well. Please be aware to any future host to not rent this guest or anyone associated with them! Will be taking this guest to court as well.
