Above your private garage, step inside to discover layered living across three additional floors:
- 4 welcoming bedrooms, including a king suite and a private first-floor hideaway

- A fully equipped kitchen, two decks (one screened-in), and ample indoor/outdoor seating

Just off the media room is a sunroom with a poker table, complete with poker chips and cards for your gaming pleasure. Don't miss the covered deck just off the sunroom, with comfortable outdoor seating and fire table. You'll also find a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and twin trundle, as well as a full bath with standing shower.

Up the stairs to the second floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, living room with 70" TV, sitting room, and a cozy workspace, complete with a half bath off the hall.
