Ideal for a small family or two couples, it’s located near major shopping, dining, and entertainment. Only 20 minutes to Churchill Downs, and close to Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life festivals. Enjoy the peace of a quiet neighborhood while being close to everything Louisville has to offer, including top events, attractions, and conveniences.
