Located in the high-end community of Caldera Springs, 56312 Meadowood Lane is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. Perfect for family getaways, this 3571 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 12 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Inside this luxurious executive home you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents and high-end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• An expansive gourmet kitchen with vaulted ceiling boasting granite counter tops, high-end Thermador stainless steel appliances, double oven including a steam oven, and five burner cook top
• Stunning lake views with a covered back patio featuring a hot tub, barbecue, firepit, and furniture
• A large dining room table that can accommodate eight guests with additional seating for four at the counter
• A living room with vaulted ceilings, featuring a large gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and 75” flat screen TV with surround sound, and fast WIFI for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy master suite on the main level with direct access to the hot tub and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with heated floors, a curbless walk-in tile shower with two shower heads and cove lighting, and separate bathtub
• A second downstairs king suite with TV and en-suite bathroom
• A third downstairs queen bedroom, with TV and en-suite bathroom with curbless shower, and two shower heads
• Upstairs has a huge bunk room with 2 queens and 2 twin XLs, and a spacious bonus room with a vaulted ceiling, 75” flat screen TV, PS4 Pro with games, foosball table, sitting area, beverage fridge, and full bathroom
• Large two-car garage includes high voltage outlet (240V) for fast EV charging, with up to four cars able to park in the driveway.

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
