Welcome to Mariner I 3M, a beautifully updated oceanfront retreat in the heart of Ocean City. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo combines modern comfort with unbeatable beach access.



Step onto your private balcony to dine by the ocean, relax under the ceiling fans, or watch the game on the 55” Smart TV—all set to the sound of rolling waves.

(Security Note: A camera is installed facing the balcony TV only, with no audio recording, for protection of the television.)



Inside, unwind in the bright, open living area featuring a Vizio Smart TV with Xfinity cable and comfortable seating for family movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with Whirlpool stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A dining table for six and breakfast bar for four make mealtime easy, whether you’re cooking in or bringing back local favorites.



Sleeping space for up to eight guests includes an oceanfront primary suite with king bed, Smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, and direct balcony access; a second bedroom with queen bed and pyramid bunk (twin over full); and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A full hall bath with tub/shower combo adds convenience.



This home also includes an in-unit washer & dryer, fast Wi-Fi, central A/C, and an outdoor shower with hose area for rinsing off after the beach.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a starter kit with essentials for your stay—body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to settle in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

✹ Yes. One long assigned space is provided—fits two standard cars or one SUV. Additional street parking is available on 44th and 45th Streets.



Does this property have a pool?

✹ No, this property does not have a pool.



When are lifeguards on duty at the beach?

✹ Ocean City lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September.



Is there a coffee maker provided, and if so what kind?

✹ Yes. Both a Keurig pod-style coffee maker and a drip coffee maker are provided. Please bring your own grounds a k cups.



Is beach gear provided?

✹ No, beach equipment is not included with this rental. However, Ocean City Vacation Homes can arrange beach chairs, umbrellas, and other gear rentals to be delivered and placed in your unit prior to check-in for an additional fee.



Is there cable TV? Are there Smart TVs?

✹ Yes. The living room TV includes Xfinity cable; all TVs are Smart TVs for streaming.



Are pets allowed?

✹ No, pets are not permitted at this property.



Is smoking allowed anywhere?

✹ No, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.



What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.



How do I access the property?

✹ We utilize an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.



What is included in the complimentary starter kit?

✹ Body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Maryland Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction if these levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
