With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this single-level retreat comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for two families or a group getaway. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while a queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with two twin bunk beds ensure plenty of space for everyone.

The living and dining areas are bright and airy thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase stunning mountain views. Relax on the comfy couches by the stone gas fireplace or step out onto the half wrap-around deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy fresh mountain air. The dining area inside seats six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, a coffee pot, and a Keurig, perfect for preparing breakfast before a day of adventure.

Located just a short drive from ski slopes, golf, tennis, snow tubing, ice skating, downtown Banner Elk, hiking trails, and the local alpine coaster, this cabin is an adventure hub for the whole family. A large selection of board games in the living room closet guarantees cozy evenings in after a day of exploring.

This rental also comes with access to a locker at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, for easy storage of your equipment!

We had a great stay at Timber A3! It was charmingly rustic and very well stocked with everything from extra blankets, full kitchen, ski equipment pads, and more. Only thing to be aware of is the parking can be tight!
