Some of the many special features of this home include midcentury art and decor, indoor and outdoor dining areas, state-of-the-art kitchen with Ceasarstone counters, four high definition TVs, wireless high speed internet, gas fireplace, inside private courtyard with ample seating and gas BBQ, etc.
The master bedroom (king bed) is HUGE with it's own luxurious ensuite and seperate lounging area with easy access to the outside courtyard. (HDTV/DVD)

The media room boasts a 55" 4K HDTV and DVD player with a Sony sound system. Also, a sofa bed for when the grandkids visit.

About: We live in the Vancouver area and have been visiting the Palm Springs area since 2006 when we purchased our first vacation property in La Quinta.
Why Palm Desert, CA, USA:
This property is a midcentury modern 'gem' and we just fell in love with it the first time we saw it. We were not even looking to buy yet, a month later, we owned it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The design of this home brings the outdoors in with all the glass doors and clerestory windows. The Sandpiper community has strict controls on the exteriors so, everything looks as it did in the 50's and 60's when it was built. Thats what drew us to this location. And speaking of location, we love the walkability to great restaurants, some with live jazz music (Back Street Bistro) as well as to some the most popular hiking trails in the valley. Also Macy's is right across the street at the Westfield mall!
