Con maravilloso sur y al oeste de la montaña frente y vistas de calle, los clientes están seguros de disfrutar de unas vacaciones memorables en esta completamente amueblado, muy bien remodelado de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio de una sola planta en el campo de golf. El concepto de cocina abierta remodelado es perfecto para comer y divertirse con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y armarios, encimeras de granito y barra de desayuno - y está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o prolongada.
El condominio cuenta con un dormitorio principal con una cama de rey de California, un segundo dormitorio con una reina y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas extralargas que se pueden convertir en un rey - todos los colchones y ropa de cama son nuevos, perfecto para disfrutar de un gran noche de sueño. (Todos los colchones son Sealy Posturepedic adquirió en diciembre de 2016.) El gran maestro incluye un cuarto de baño con dos lavabos y una ducha con pasamanos, grandes armarios y un televisor de pantalla plana grande.
El salón es perfecto para relajarse con una chimenea de gas, y el gigante de nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de televisión de alta definición 4K con el cable / Wi-Fi y conexión a internet, y una pequeña biblioteca de libros, juegos, tarjetas y rompecabezas para su disfrute. El patio se sienta en el campo de golf con una mesa para 6, paraguas y nueva parrilla de gas, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Dos piscinas comunitarias con bañeras de hidromasaje están a pocos pasos.
El condominio también contiene un tamaño de la habitación llena de lavandería con lavadora nueva y secadora. Todos los muebles, dentro y por fuera, fue comprado en diciembre de 2016, alfombras y pintura es nuevo y suelo del garaje fue resurgió en enero de 2017.

Great stay!

Family of four had a great time in Monterey Country Club. The unit was clean, great location in the community, and can easily accommodate our family with space to spare. The owners were extremely thoughtful and quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Perfect place

Beautiful home to spend 1 month there. Couldn’t ask for a better view while we had our happy hours and enjoyed watching the golfers try their luck. Unit was very clean and the owners were more than accommodating. Thank you Chris for an awesome vacation

Perfect for any vacation!

The condo is absolutely amazing. It has stunning views of the mountains and golf course. The beds are super comfortable. The condo is fully stocked up with everything you need, plus it was super clean. I would 10000% recommend this place. Kris was great and very easy to check in.

We had an amazing time in Palm Desert thanks in part to the great accommodations. Condo just as pictured with new renovations and very clean. Monterey Country Club offered some nice amenities not offered with other places we have rented in the past. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Great location, beautiful views. Unit showing it’s age a bit. I have never come across owners so responsive to renters. Kris went above and beyond to take care of anything that came up. Would stay again.

Beautiful home! Very clean, extremely comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The home is perfectly situated on a double fairway with extraordinary mountain views. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’ll definitely return!

My Wife's Birthday Getaway

This was just a little getaway for my wife's birthday. Kris Bowen was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to all of my questions and in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the condo. It was super clean and nicely decorated. The pool was just a short walk from the condo. All the amenities were there from kitchen to bath room. We will definitely being staying there again.

Fabulous Ladies Weekend Getaway

Kris was a great host, she made our stay easy. The place was so cozy and welcoming. Our group of 5 had a fabulous time. The place was clean, the furnishing were great, the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, creating memories that will last a lifetime. We really enjoyed the pool and the patio area and watching the ducklings in the morning. The neighbor was friendly and welcoming. We are already thinking about next year.

We went to Palm Desert for a family party and had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. All redone in perfect taste. We did not want for a thing. It was very well stocked and very clean. Everything seemed brand new. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. The location was perfect. We will absolutely go again. Loved it.

Beautiful property!

We stayed from early December 2023 to end of March 2024. The owner Kris was amazing, responsive, kind and thoughtful. The best owner we have ever dealt with. The condo was sparking clean and situated in a perfect location in Monterey Golf and Country Club. Great patio to watch the golfers. Everything was in good working order and well maintained. The pool was really close and we appreciated all the pool floaters in the garage for our use. We would definitely book again and are hoping to next winter. Thanks again Kris we loved your place!!

Love the Condo. Perfect location.

Very easy to book. Owner was very gracious and helpful. She was concerned about our comfort and said she was available for any questions or help. I would definitely come back. We had one disappointment. The golf course was closed. Bad timing on our part. They were scalping the course. We were not aware that would be happening.

Very nice vacation property, great patio for outdoor meals

We recently spent a 4 day golf holiday in Palm Desert and this was our base of operations. This is one half of a side by side duplex, but no loss of privacy, no sound from other side, no problem using the patio, which is completely fenced off from the adjoining side. It is well furnished, with new appliances, very nice, new Weber grill in a great outdoor cooking area, and nice modern TV's with cable TV. Also, the internet worked great and was easily accessible (unlike other properties which we have stayed at). Also, the patio is just feet off a golf fairway-green looking out on the mountains--just beautiful. Makes for excellent happy hours and outside dining. The owners were very helpful, responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area. Finally, a great nearby Mexican restaurant is Fresh Agave.

Great Condo in a Great Palm Desert Location

My friend and I were looking to have a quick golf trip to the desert and forgot that it was Coachella weekend so while there were tee times available, finding a nice place to stay that was offered at a good price, was proving to be more difficult until I found Kris' place in the desert and I'm glad we did. Kris, the owner, was very accommodating from the time I inquired about renting her beautiful condo through the entire stay. The condo space itself is amazing with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with showers and a large TV / Sitting Room, Dining Room and well-equipped kitchen as well as a washer and drying. The garage is also available to park and in this neighborhood, it appears that the HOA allows some extra car parking on the street overnight so this is a bonus in case you have multiple cars. The patio is a beautiful respite to watch the golfers come by and to enjoy the green grass and sunset. There is a pool right out from the patio just past the green to the right that is almost like having your own private pool and jacuzzi. It's a quiet and comfortable neighborhood and spacious space with an amazing owner-host whose only care is to ensure you feel well cared for and you are comfortable and happy. We were playing golf on the Palm Desert side of things so this condo was perfect. And, it was far away from the Coachella mess but close enough to everything just the same. I will stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay for a family memorial

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our recent trip to Palm Desert for a family memorial. We and our three adult children stayed in this beautiful, comfortable condo overlooking the golf course. It was a perfect size to have a few other family members over for dinner, and the condo was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware. The check-in process was easy and informative about the property. Kris was easy to get in touch with and very gracious. During our stay we found the area quiet at night. We all slept very well. There were plenty of towels and hangers. The check-out process was as easy as check-in. We all appreciated how easy the condo was so we didn't have to worry about anything more than the reason we were in town. Thank you, Kris!

This Place was perfect for us. Clean well stocked and a great location. Kris was easy to work with and very accommodating. If your looking for a large 3 bedroom place, I recommend staying at Kris' place.

Weekend Reunion

A few friends from high school were able to get together over a weekend in May. We were looking for a place in Palm Desert close to a few golf courses and restaurants. We found the perfect spot and booked it. We were very happy with everything! The condo was clean, great location, lots of room to spread out, 1 minute walk to the pool and spa...the kitchen was perfect for our BBQ (we had a fireman that knew how to cook food for a few hungry people). We would absolutely go back again! Thank you for a great reunion weekend.
