Unique model home that sits right on one of the top 10 golf courses by the SCPGA! One of the fewer one-story homes in the Desert Falls community. Inside, enjoy the pampering of a fully-furnished home with upgraded appliances, wet bar, & cozy fireplace.

Outside, enjoy the private wraparound patio, sit at the fire pit, take in the lush golf course, cook your favorite BBQ on the grill, or take a few steps to the pool to splash around and feel the hot tub jets.

Master Bedroom: King bed. Large window with mountain and golf course views. Upgraded en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, vanity, and private toilet room. Two closets. Cable TV.

2nd Bedroom: Queen bed. One closet.

Loft: 2 twin beds. TV. Beautifully-designed stairs to the loft.

Kitchen: Fully-stocked, upgraded kitchen. Stainless-steel Samsung and LG appliances.

Great views. Great location.

Everything was as advertised. No major problems whatsoever. The washer and dryer and dishwasher could use some routine maintainance. We had a great time and will consider renting again.

This was our second time here and it was just terrific, as we expected. Jane was very responsive and worked together with us on one issue that was completely resolved. The entire area is beautiful and provided us, again, with a very enjoyable time.

Visited to watch Tennis Tournament

The condo was in a very nice community and was as advertised though the picture made it seem to be a bit bigger than it was. It had everything we needed and the layout was great for two couples. The main critique is that it is a bit dated but it was very clean. The owner was very responsive and it worked great for us for our short stay.

Great location

We loved the location of this property at the desert falls country club. Nice views from the patio of the golf course and mountains. Our host Jane was always available to address any concerns we may have had. Would stay there again!

This Hawaii themed property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We really liked how close it was to the pool and jacuzzi. It's definitely a great spot for vacation. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with as well.

Palm Desert Hidden Treasure

One of the nicest places we've ever found in the Palm Springs area. Jane (the amazing host) was wonderful. The location is safe and secure and easy to get to. The furnishings in the condo are very very nice. The pool is only a few steps away. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Can't wait to come back!!

Perfect get away

This property is the perfect spot in DFCC, right by pool #1, single story and beautifully appointed. The interior was immaculate and the kitchen was filled with anything you need to make dinner (even new, individually wrapped sponges!) The patios we’re great for Al fresco dining and sunset watching. We will be back for sure! Thank you Jane, you made our last min get away super seamless!

More than we expected

The place is absolutely stunning and perfect for the two of us but plenty of room for more. It is next to a beautiful golf course with swimming pool maybe 100 ft. away. The inside is gorgeous, well kept and very roomy. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed.. We were fortunate to have mid-day temperatures in the low 80's in early May, which of course made for cool nights. We would not hesitate to return.

Great Getaway

The property was easily accessible as we were greeted by the friendly check-in attendant. Key code was simple to use. The home was clean, organized, and had plenty of items for use in the kitchen for meal preparations. Property is less than a block from a grocery store and small shopping center. The home's décor is very inviting and adds to the feel of being on vacation. The master bathroom is beautifully renovated. Plenty of blankets, towels, and other home needs were appreciated. A must stay.

Great spot!

This place is great! Just as advertised. Right next to the pool. Nice patio on the golf course. We watched the sunset while the kids watched a movie. The tv and sound system are also awesome and very intuitive. Jane was very easy to deal with. Had 1 issue trying to open the door on check-in and she resolved it in 10 seconds! Thanks Jane! We had a wonderful Christmas vacation.

You can take a break in the middle of your golf day, pick up a quick snack and refreshment at home, and continue on to the 11th hole! This home is also one of the few single-level homes in the community, meaning there is no one above or below you. The pool and jacuzzi are only steps away, and it's so close that the WiFi reaches the area. Perfect for a staycation, working by the pool!
