First-Floor Apartment
The first-floor apartment is designed for comfort and accessibility, offering:
* 2 private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed
* 1 full bathroom
* Spacious living area with a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations
* Fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential appliances
* Dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer
* Accessibility-friendly bathroom features including:
* Medical transfer chair
* Safety grab handles installed around the bathtub
This apartment offers two private entrances:
* Front entrance from Penobscot Street
* Rear entrance with direct access to the private parking area and backyard
Guests staying on the first floor enjoy conversation access to both the parking area and the backyard space.

Our host was exceptionally responsive and very helpful. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient to all of the local attractions. Private parking was an added bonus.

Parking was very secure and easy. The host were thoughtful for our fur baby, extra dishes, food and treats in case we forgot anything. Home was clean, stocked with everyday items and spacious. We can't wait to go back in the fall. 5 out of 5 stars all the way.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the host was super helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help. Off-street parking and a fenced yard were a plus. The host provided a variety of guest supplies and the decorating was cute. The water pressure was great and the appliances were like new. I’d stay there again.
