Great location, loved the views. beautiful and clean condo, comfortable beds, loved the wrap around patios, pool and gym. Building felt secure. Convenient to walk many places. Had mis communication at check in and gaining entry which was annoying after a long flight but it was rectified. Ask for visitor access codes in advance. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very seamless check-in/out process and the property was very clean. Pool was great and the location made accessing WeHo, Beverly Hills and Universal very convenient.

The pictures does the penthouse no justice! The place is wonderful and the hosts are great with communication as well as accommodation. Can’t wait to book again

Location was great and the apartment was very clean - our family had a comfortable stay. No major complaints except it took a bit for us to get acclimatized to the door lock unlock mechanism and that the the parking spot happen to be tight for our full size suv ( don’t expect it to be a problem for regular size cars) Lastly, the the living room TV was missing which the property manager mentioned will be addressed - we were out most of the time so very minor. Overall great place to stay and would reccomend when visiting Universal and LA vicinity. Thank you for your help in making our stay comfortable!

We had a lot of issues with using the parking garage and getting access to the unit and the pool/gym. There were no keys to the apartment so we couldn't lock the doors or access common areas. The keys were supposed to be in a lockbox but apparently were taken by other guests. We were then sent an app to use to open the front lobby and the elevator. Unfortunately, the app didn't open the gym or pool, two areas we wanted and why we booked the apartment. The unit was also supposed to come with one blowdryer in each of the three bathrooms, there weren't any. The host did send over two the following day. The unit itself was great for our group but the access issue caused days of back and forth texts with the host and what I assume was a local property manager. We are currently awaiting a resolution on the final fees, hoping they agree that the daily inconvenience to us warrants a refund of some sort. I truly believe most women would not have left their belongings in an unlocked unit in LA. We were beyond patient with the host and hoping they rectify the situation. If all the glitches with access, parking and safety were resolved immediately or with a visit from someone to make it right, it would have been a great stay.
