Silver Lake Hidden Jewel

This is a unique 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a gated community in the heart of Silver Lake. This is completely separately unit from all others, offering more privacy and security. It is located extremely close to mayor freeways, ( 2fwy, 101fwy, 5fwy ).Silver lake reservoir, Dodgers Stadium, Downtown LA, Griffith Park, The Observatory, and Sunset strip, CVS, 365 by whole food market within minutes. Our well known MICHELANGELO ( Italian Cuisine) will honor our guest a 20% disc of entire bill.

Guest access
2222 Duane St, drive in to the 2237 unit on the far back, also there is an alternative entrance , you can also access the property from 2237Clifford St, (only walking access).
There is plenty of parking

What a great space for our family to celebrate an early Christmas. Wonderful downstairs space to gather with bedrooms upstairs. MMOur hosts were great! They stayed in touch throughout our MM MM stay, responding quickly to any questions we had. They recommended Michelangelo’s restaurant in Silver Lake. Authentic Italian, with gluten free options. Impressed everyone in our group including our S-I-L who was born and raised in Italy.

great location near reservoir with garage and gate access makes for convenience. stocked kitchen, large master and bath and outdoor patio make for very pleasant living.

Air conditioning

Could not turn A/C lower than 74. Then it would creep up on its own to 78. The temperature was uncomfortable. Never told the air needed to be set at 74 or higher. If I knew that I would not have booked. It needs to be fixed for summer visitors.

LA Visit

The property is attractive, comfortable and immaculate. The gated division provides good security and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are amenities throughout the house I have not always expected in a VRBO: lotions, grooming products, etc. If the location is right for you, I'd highly recommend it

Great location for us

This condo is located between the two venues where my daughter's Friday 'The Night Before' party and the actual wedding venue on Saturday. Great for us. It is a safe space in a gated development. It also has a garage. You do hear coyotes at night, reminded me of home.

A perfect spot

This was a perfect place to stay during our trip to LA. Having a garage for the rental car was super helpful. There were ample sleeping quarters, well equipped kitchen and a great location. Our host was responsive. We’d stay here again for sure.

Appreciated the gated entrance; garage; roomy, stand-alone property in a surprisingly quiet location; easy (doable distances) and invigorating (the hills) walks up to Silver Lake Reservoir, down to coffee shops, Library branch, Whole Foods when not out and about visiting with family and enjoying LA.

Great location and great host!

Had an amazing stay here for a few days. Got to say the house at all the essentials we needed and the layout was great with the bedrooms all being upstairs. The property was nice and the location was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Silver Lake trip

Very clean. This location was perfect for us because we have a relative about 1.5 miles away and the Griffith Observatory is very near. The house is next to Glendale Blvd which had a lot of police activity two of the three nights we were there, so sleeping was a little difficult. I would book again if I was visiting the Silver Lake area again.

An absolute gem and wonderful hostess!

Great condo! Stayed with my parents and brother so we could see Dodger games and explore the LA area. What a perfect location--less than 2 miles from the stadium and close to everything we wanted to see and a block away from the Catholic church so we could walk there. Had more than everything we needed for the week and so many nice touches. Beds were all so comfortable. We loved how this condo was detached from all others, allowing for extra privacy. It felt so safe for my elderly parents. The garage made it so easy to park. Raffaella was the perfect hostess--she was so attentive and responded to our questions within minutes--both before and during our stay. I can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. Thank you, Raffaella!

Nice, well equipped and secure house

We rented this house to be with our adult sons from Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, and it worked really well for our mini-reunion. It had everything we needed, even a quiet room to record a podcast. We'd recommend looking at a map before you go (it really was a "hidden gem," at least to our nav apps).

Great Location, very clean

We stayed here for a local family event. The location is great, house is very comfortable and very secure! Rafaella was a great host. Very responsive, helpful and all house access and information was clear and accurate. We had a great time!
