You will have private access to the entire townhome, including the kitchen, living spaces, laundry area, outdoor patio, and grill. parking is available in the driveway. The only restricted area is the owner's closet.

Our Families connection to Amelia Island runs deep - my wife spent her childhood exploring its sandy shores, historic streets, and salty breezes. This is where we've chosen to share a piece of paradise with our guests. This charming beach side tome home is our only short term rental property. We love this home and maintain it so that visitors can experience the island the way we grew up knowing it. When we are not hosting the property you will find our two teenage boys surfing the waves or fishing in the surf. Our loyal dog Finley loves the beach too and enjoys chasing the sea gulls. Hosting here lets us blend our love for home, family and the island lifestyle, offering travelers a genuine, welcoming retreat that feels like a home away from home.

We loved the quite street which is just a block from the beach and is also walking distance to the Surf restaurant and a Thai pop up restaurant named Eato.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a putting green installed in the backyard which our family loves to challenge one another while cooking out after a day at the beach. It's a great way to relax and keep the boys busy while dinner is being prepared. The property also has a gaming loft upstairs. The kids can play on the xbox or a board game. It's also a great spot to relax and read a book. Another great feature about the property is it's location. It is centrally located and is about 5 min away from downtown Fernandina while also close to the Ritz and Omni properties on the South end of the island too.
