The loft worked out great for our visit to Wilmington. It is located in the heart of downtown, and you can easily walk to any location in the historic district. The loft was clean and well appointed. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was great for us. I would stay here again.

We are frequently in Wilmington and enjoy staying downtown where the shops and restaurants are nearby. There are great boutiques and a variety of restaurants not to mention the overflow of real American history. My favorite part! This loft is in an ideal location. It's right off front street and near all the best spots. It is also just enough away from the nightlife if you want a break from it. Lots of space for your group to be together but not on top of each other.

Easy check in and great communication with the host. Location is amazing for everything there is to see and do in downtown Wilmington. It was a little noisy outside on the weekend nights, but in the bedrooms it was generally quiet.

I had a hard time finding the property, but it was because I didn’t quite understand the instructions/directions. (You enter through the side of the property). After check-in, everything was great. The unit is huge, 2 large bedrooms & bathrooms, as well as the living room area. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the view to Front St. is great, and my favorite part, some of the best restaurants are in walking distance. The host checked in with me almost every day, and reminded me to contact him if I needed anything. Communication was great, very professional. Our 3 night/4 day stay was reasonably priced, & parking of 1 car was included. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and I highly recommend this property.

If you want to do anything in downtown Wilmington you can not beat this location. Everything else in the area is very close by as well. The condo had more space than we anticipated and it was a very comfortable stay. Communication was great! We will likely come back if the spot is available our next visit.
