The house was perfect for a large family get together. We especially loved the game room and the swimming area. Lake Gaston was lovely!

This home is an AMAZING get away! Quiet, private, convenient to grocery store/gas station, easy access to lake, lake ladder ideal for older folks as well, flat lot, AC pumps strong, nice hot tub, wide covered porch overlooking lake, and well appointed kitchen. Owner communicated quickly answering any questions. Would come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was amazing, and the views of the lake were truly unparalleled. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, allowing us to take full advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards provided, as well as spend some time floating and relaxing on the lake. When the temperature dropped on our second evening, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind!The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group, and we actually ended up spending more time at the house than originally planned because we were enjoying ourselves so much! Everyone slept comfortably, and the game room in the garage was a fantastic added bonus.The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the experience even better. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lakefront retreat. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

The house was a perfect setting for my family of 5 and their friends. Plenty of room both inside and outside for everyone to enjoy. The bonus garage space was perfect for the young adults to hang out in especially when it rained most of the week. Having the extra fridge out there was also super helpful for drinks and ice. The dock area was great and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the water. We brought our bought up and the boat dock was perfect for storing it while not in use. The cove was quiet and great for skiing, paddleboarding or kayaking, etc…..Not a lot of boat traffic making it very calm. Our two golden retrievers absolutely loved it. The house is very dog friendly with the capability of the entire deck being gated so they had a giant playpen. The side gated yard was also appreciated as the dogs could easily go to the bathroom without having to leash them up. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of seating and room for everyone to gather for meal time. Beds were comfy and also plenty of tv’s for rainy day movie watching. This house was on the far east side of the lake which made it a bit longer of a trip by boat to restaurants but still not that far…around a 25 minute boat trip to One Eyed Jacks or Waters View Restaurant. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this house especially if you have a big family or kids with friends visiting!

This beautiful home and its endless amenities made our vacation at Lake Gaston a truly memorable and relaxing experience! The home suited our needs perfectly. We loved everything about the house. The owners made us feel very welcome - like we were family. We had absolutely no concerns or complaints. The only thing we would have done differently was to pack lighter. We highly recommend this home with its gorgeous views and attentive, considerate owners.
