Welcome to Ski Pole Chalet, a peaceful Breckenridge retreat designed for year-round mountain living.

In winter, return from skiing or snowboarding at Breckenridge Resort to a warm, cozy space made for relaxing, a fireplace living room, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for shared meals after a day on the mountain.

Step outside to your private hot tub with sweeping views of Baldy Mountain. Thanks to Breckenridge's Dark Sky ordinance, the night skies here are incredibly clear, from the elevated deck, unwind under the stars after a day of adventure.

This chalet blends modern comfort with authentic Colorado mountain charm, creating a true Breckenridge experience in every season.

For easy trips to town, dining, activities, and airport transfers, we recommend our preferred local transportation partner, Gold Rush Transportation, who offer discounts to guests of the Chalet.

Prefer to go under your own power? We've got E-Bikes!

Two full-suspension e-bikes are available on property by request! It's an intermediate ride into town with a significant downhill section, so it's best suited for confident, experienced riders rather than beginners. Each bike has rear pegs so a confident rider can bring a passenger along. Helmets are required for every rider on every trip, and a signed liability waiver is required before use, no exceptions. The bikes are a paid add-on, available by request only. Ski Pole Chalet is not responsible for personal injury during e-bike use.

Guided Backcountry Adventures - Local Partnership with discounts available!

We've partnered with Colorado Adventure Guides, Summit County's largest four-season guide service. This amazing company provides backcountry skiing, splitboarding, snowshoeing, ice climbing, avalanche education, and guided hut trips in the winter months. Peak ascents, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting and more in the summer months. Guests of Ski Pole Chalet get 15% off all Colorado Adventure Guides experiences (excluding overnight/hut trips) with code provided upon booking of the Chalet, usable by phone, online, text, or email.

We welcome up to 2 dogs. With a half-acre yard and nearby trails, your pup will love Peak 7 living. We provide a dog bed, toys, brush, and crate for added convenience. (Dog fees apply.)

Please note the following details to help you plan your stay:

Ski Pole Chalet is located in a quiet, family-oriented Peak 7 neighborhood. To preserve the peaceful setting, large parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The home includes stairs and elevated decks, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

During the summer months, Breckenridge's mountain climate offers cool, comfortable temperatures, and most homes do not require air conditioning. Please feel free to open the windows to allow for fresh alpine air throughout the home during your stay.

For getting around, the Chalet is just minutes from Main Street Breckenridge. Many guests also choose to use our preferred local transportation partner, Gold Rush Transportation, for easy and reliable access to town, dining, activities, and airport transfers. Guests can also request our on-site e-bikes for trips into town! Ask us about our local Partnerships for discounts!

The private hot tub and deck are available year-round. Please follow all posted safety and maintenance guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

During winter months, AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended due to mountain conditions. For the smoothest access, we recommend utilizing Barton Road when arriving at the property.
