SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine

EARLY CHECK-IN: If we are able to accommodate an early check-in, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

LATE CHECKOUT: If we are able to accommodate a late checkout, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

There is construction that occurs across the street on weekdays starting in the morning, which has the potential for some noise.

Pool Notice: The building`s pool is temporarily closed due to maintenance by the property management. Based on the latest update, it is expected to reopen during the first week starting June 21. Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on management`s progress and approvals.
