WAKE UP TO SERENE CANAL VIEWS, step onto your lanai, and enjoy your private heated pool (or relax in the spa if available). Launch your boat from the private dock for a quick trip to the Gulf, world-class fishing, or a sunset cruise. * There is currently construction underway on a house next door. There may be occasional daytime noise during standard working hours. Construction is scheduled for completion by November 2026.

Home is very luxurious & comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating & had great communication! If you are looking for upgraded home away from home this is your spot!

Check in was seamless and the home is beautiful. Everything is upgraded, from the kitchen appliances to the bedroom furniture, and also very clean. The host is very responsive.

Clean, spacious, newly renovated home. The finishings, beds, and linens were very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you’d need. They also had a high chair and pack n’ play available to use. Pool was mostly shaded all day but we didn’t mind with little ones. Angela was very responsive. Great home!

Interior design has always been a passion, and creating welcoming home experiences brings me so much joy. I focus on spaces that feel chic and elevated while still cozy and comfortable, so our guests can truly relax and feel at home. Welcoming returning visitors is one of the best parts of hosting.

While I’m not local, my co-host Jessie is! She’s available for any urgent needs, questions, or local tips and recommendations during your stay.

One of the standout features of the neighborhood is the network of canals that weave throughout the area. With ocean access and beautiful scenery, it truly feels like a vacation setting. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, you’re only a short drive from downtown Bonita Springs and Naples, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and local activities.

You can also walk to a handful of nearby restaurants, a coffee shop, putt-putt, and ice cream parlors. The neighborhood itself is quiet and scenic, featuring a mix of charming older homes and newer builds, all well cared for by friendly neighbors.
