Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed inside. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM. No unregistered guests or visitors.
Please remove shoes inside if possible, a shoe rack is located at the front door. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM (unless arranged otherwise). Treat the home with respect — leave it as you found it for the next guest. Ring Doorbell camera on the exterior of front door.

The house is lovely and seems very recently updated, with three good size bedrooms and a well appointed living space (with some sweet vintage Duke decor). It’s very quiet despite being close to the hospital, and extremely convenient if you are visiting Duke - we walked pretty much everywhere barely needed our car. Host was very responsive and helpful - we got some great restaurant recommendations! All in all a great stay - will book again when I’m coming back to Durham.
