Don't Hesitate, Book Now!

Location - Fantastic! Owner Communication - Fantastic! Decor and Cleanliness - Fantastic! Homero was a great host, answered questions quickly, and stocked the condo with almost anything you might need or might have forgotten. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the building perfectly located with easy access to the pool and the road to the beach. In addition, the balcony has a great view of the facility's catch and release onsite pond. The kids spent a night fishing and loved it! And we all enjoyed watching the fish jumping out of the water and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night with an adult beverage and listening to the sound of the nearby crashing surf. The beach is a short walk away but you can buy a beach permit at the corner convenience store for $12 that is good until the end of the year that will let you drive directly onto area beaches. The beach is very clean, has more of a family vibe compared to other nearby beaches, and is less crowded. There are nearby restaurants but only a couple that I would call walking distance. Otherwise, there plenty of great ones and an HEB Plus (large grocery store) within short driving distance. As the title says, don't hesitate, book now. This condo will be at the top of my list when we have a chance to visit the area again.

Best all-around; quiet, comfortable, un-crowded, well-kept place to relax, fish and chill with a short drive or walk to the beach but also only a few minutes from campus and city conveniences.

Great time, helpful host

This was a great condo- everything we needed was available. Host was very nice to me when I thought we were leaving the next day (and did t have anything packed up when the cleaning crew came in to get it ready for the next family!!)

Wonderful, couldn't have been better.

We were very happy with everything from the owner to the property. The apartment was immaculate and the owner was professional, kind and prompt when contacted. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to go back.

Great place with a great host. Besides the usual's like clean, accurate, private we were very happy with everything. It was all of the little things that really made our trip great. Reserved parking was awesome we didn't have to try to find a spot evetime we came back. Location was perfect, easy access to the beach, restaurants and gas stations. This place has all the little items like, beach towels, chairs, coolers so all we had to do was show up. Can't say enough host and condo were perfect.

long weekend at the beach

It was close to the beach. The fitness center was better than expected. The bed was very comfortable. What could be improved: black out curtains or shades in the bedroom, You should use a different cleaning company. One thing I didn't like was the pool and hot tub area close too early.

That Balcony View!

Homero and Blanca's property lived up to everything we hoped it would be. The view from the balcony has to be the best in the entire complex. You can sit in comfy deck chairs and enjoy the view of the pond, the swimming pool, and a bit of the gulf across the dunes, morning and late evening, which we took advantage of each day! The walk to the beach isn't far at all. We had 4 adults (two were our older kids) and had just enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The King bed in the bedroom is like sleeping on a cloud; it's so soft! The size of the bathroom and walk in closet to store our suitcases were nice surprises and all of the extras provided made our stay just perfect. I think we only had one question just prior to our arrival and Homero was quick to respond. The condo was easy to check in and out of, too. I highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Cute condition close to the beach

We loved our stay in this cute condo. Starting with all communication with the host. ( very prompt in answering questions). Very clean and well equipped! Super comfy bed and they even provided great beach chairs!

Wonderful getaway!

Simply wonderful!!

The condo was very nice! Loved the decor, condo was updated and it was very clean! Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The bed was awesome!! So comfortable! How often can you say that when you rent something? The owner was very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely look to book this unit or any others the owner may have when we return to Corpus! Amenities for the complex were awesome and loved being so close to the gulf! Simply wonderful!!

This was a great condo for 3 people. It was clean, walking distance to beach and had everything you need. The only thing I found it could of used was a DVD player. We enjoyed our 3 day vacation and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location & amenities

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our 2 and almost 1 year old and we loved it. The owners have everything you need for your beach vacation; beach towels, chairs, Netflix, WiFi, laundry detergent, dish soap, essential oil diffuser... everything! It's got a nice view of the small lake and it is also adjacent to the pool, so you're close enough to walk right over, but not too close to be disturbed by people at the pool. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable stay while visiting North Padre Island.
