Welcome to our Beach Bungalow!

This North Padre Island Beach Club Condo is furnished with beautiful wood-laminate flooring and comfortable furniture. This condo has all the comforts of your very own beach condo, but with all the amenities of beach life.

Upon arriving you can relax not only in the newly remodeled ground-floor condo, but also in the club house and pool area. Or if you prefer you can travel just a block from the beach and you can fish at the Packery Channel. There is also an on-site property pond filled by an underground connection to the gulf.

Of course, you'll want to soak up the sun while on the island knowing that when you return you will have all the amenities of home: king-size bed, queen sofa-sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, linens, TV, dedicated private WIFI and much more. All simply arranged with you and your restful stay in mind.

For extra pleasure you will find across the street from your first story condo a gorgeous pool, hot tub, sauna, 24 hour fitness center, business center, horseshoe pit, BBQ pit and car rinse. There is also a laundromat for your convenience.

Before your arrival, you'll receive a digital guest book. It is marvelous information about our condo and the area. Everything you wanted to know about the island from an insider. You can download it right on your phone, for ease and convenience.

The condo is small, but very well kept. It was just 2 of us and our 2 dogs and it was perfect. The host was very communicative and gave us clear instructions. The location in the overall property and it being on the first floor was super convenient. Will definitely stay again if possible.

Only 7 minutes walking distance to White Cap. The condo was nice and spacious, with plenty of room for our family. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries. Communication with owner was great. I knocked off one star, only due to cleaning, as some of the areas were obviously ignored. We did love our stay, and will more than likely book it again.

We had a cozy and great stay for our weekend beach trip! The place was decorated very nicely and felt welcoming and comfortable. Most importantly, it was very clean, which is always one of the biggest factors for us when choosing a place to stay. Everything was well kept and stocked with the basic necessities we needed for the weekend. We also really appreciated that the property was dog-friendly, which made traveling with our pups so much easier. The only concern we noticed was the restroom flooring. Some areas felt soft when walking on them, possibly from moisture or water exposure over time, so it may be something that needs repair in the future Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and especially appreciated how clean and cozy the property was. A great spot for a weekend beach getaway! We will definitely book again in the future!

Padre Island became a memorable place for me when I was growing up. For my birthday each year, my dad would bring us to the beach for three to four days. After marrying and moving around with the US Coast Guard for 23 years, my husband and I now live 50 minutes away from this special place. Although it is close, sometimes it still feels too far from the quiet of the beach and this cozy little place we call our condo cottage. We enjoy spending time with our family, traveling, and making memories.

Why they chose this property

We love that our place is ground level and that the beach is just a block away! The condo sits across the street from the club house, fitness room and pool so everything in convenient. This place feels like a little piece of heaven to us.

We are the owners and managers of this condo and two others on the island. When you need something, you get us directly. No waiting on a third party to respond.
