We two tiny questions when we checked in, and they sent out someone the next day to address both. Super prompt to reply in email and the service people they sent were so friendly. We were there Saturday-Saturday and we had the pool cleaned at least 2x while we were there that I saw. Checkin and checkout were both smooth. Easy process and would totally book with them again.

Fantastic home

Excellent communication and check in checkout instructions. House is beautiful, room for everyone. The upstairs apartment style room was perfect for a couple in our group that can get overstimulated and need a break from everyone..or great for a prep kitchen for our dinner cook off contest. the game room was perfect for playing pool or cards. Tons of cooking items and regular coffee machine, plus a keurig. Pool was clean and refreshing. Easy walk to the beach. We had an issue with a/c on our last night but it was immediately fixed. Light bulbs that went out were replaced immediately. The security deposit of $400 is put on hold the day before you arrive so just be aware .. it may have been in the contract, we just thought it was taken at the beginning.. not a big deal, but just prepare for that. Highly recommend… will be back !

The property was great! We had all of our 9 kids plus a few spouses and our family dog. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the pool! The beach was an easy walk away but the golf cart made it even easier. Alex was extremely responsive and took care of any requests promptly. We highly recommend Sun-kissed!

Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach as described. Pool was enjoyable. House had enough rooms and bathrooms for our group. We just had one issue - WiFi was not working. We communicated the issue to the management team but it was never resolved. However, it didn't matter much to us, but it would have been great if it were working as someone in our group had to work one of the days.
