This custom modern house was finished in 2018 and is setup like a museum with nearly 40 photographs from local artists. Each photo has a description written by the artist and provides a truly unique experience for those looking for a hotel quality stay with charm. The floor plan is open and the decor is minimalistic with no clutter but has everything you need. Great for families with in house high chair, stroller and car seat.

Williams Family Summer Vacation 2025

Our stay at the Modren House of Photography was amazing!! We have a large family and we were looking for a spacious place that could accommodate our needs for our family vacation. The house was the perfect fit for us. We had space for everyone to rest comfortably, plenty to do in the fenced in spacious back yard and most of the activities we planned were at least 10 to 30mins from our location. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next vaction!!!

My husband and I and our parents stayed at Modern House of Photography for a family getaway. The house was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, which we loved. The house was very nice and well equipped for all of our needs. We had to address some minor issues upon arrival with the host, which he responded to very timely. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great space to hang out and relax!!!

This house was perfect for our needs. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was ideal, and the seating good. We enjoyed the pool table more than I even thought we would. It was perfect for us to have two bedrooms downstairs - ea h with their own bath. I would come back to this quiet house/ neighborhood!!!! The host was so responsive and kind. I really appreciate great communication.
