The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in.



Step into a beautifully appointed, open-concept living area, bathed in natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. The condo features new, comfortable furniture and smart TVs in every bedroom and the living area, complemented by free high-speed Wi-Fi. You'll find everything needed for a seamless stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry facilities.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, direct access to private covered balcony. En-suite primary bathroom with double sinks, luxurious soaking tub, separate stand-up shower. Hangers provided.

Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan. Hangers provided.

Third Bedroom: Two queen-size beds, flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan. Comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests when combined with the pullout sofa. Hangers provided.



Bathrooms:

Primary Bathroom: Double sinks, soaking tub, separate stand-up shower, hair dryer, hot water.

Hallway Bathroom: Shower/tub combo, hot water.

Bath towels are provided, and starter toiletries are supplied for your arrival.



Kitchen & Dining:

Our fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll also find a Keurig and standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and a hot water kettle. The kitchen is complete with a full set of dishes, utensils, and cookware for all your meal preparation needs. Enjoy indoor dining at a table seating 6–8, or savor meals outdoors on your private covered balcony.



Living Area:

Relax in the furnished living room, featuring a queen-size pullout sofa, a loveseat, a flat-screen smart TV, and a ceiling fan. This space also provides direct access to your private covered balcony.

✔️Additional parking: Limited unreserved parking is available in front of the property on a first-come, first-served basis.

✔️Parking Passes: Passes are available inside the unit for your use.

✔️At checkout, please return the passes to the same place where you found them and take a photo and send it to us for confirmation. Lost or missing passes will be subject to a $250 replacement fee per pass.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their private unit as well as all shared resort amenities, including the communal heated pool and hot tub.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program – you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine).



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Beach Nourishment Project (Clearwater Beach): Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project. The scheduled timeline for Clearwater Beach is October-November 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. For real-time updates, guests can text PCBEACHES to 888-777. By booking with us, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary.
