About Erica Broberg Smith
We are an active family of 4 who LOVE everything about VERMONT - the mountains, Utley Brook (which you can walk to and swim in in summer), Bromley, Stratton, Okemo and all things outdoor.
Erica Broberg Smith purchased this Chalet in 2012
Why Erica Broberg Smith chose Londonderry
The property is on a rural dirt road and quiet and peaceful yet near everything. It has a big cathedral living room where you can relax, enjoy the snow covered trees and enjoy family time. The tall cathedral windows face southwest and you get an amazing view of the forest. There is a large fireplace and tons of wood. we have hosted many families who say it is their favorite family vacation. Tons of sleds and toys: Legos, magnablocks, art supplies, puzzles, games. movies and books are there for your use.
What makes this Chalet unique
Perfect for family with children. Toys, movies, ping ping in the basement and a children's bunk room with five twin beds. Many sleds for sledding in the front yard. Hiking directly across the street down to Utley brook to see the beaver dam.
