Everything about the cabin was wonderful. The cabin had all the cooking necessities. It was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. We were extra happy they accepted cats and dogs. Michelle and Tim were great hosts. Galax is a nice town in Virginia. We will be going back to stay at the cabin again.

The cabin was very comfortable. We needed a weekend away and this was the perfect place. We brought our 6# chihuahua, Princess, along with us. She is usually a little nervous, but she adjusted instantly. The view is beautiful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone needing a quiet get away.

Michelle and Tim are originally from New England. They love landscaping and floral design. They once owned a bed and breakfast in Roxbury Ct. And loved it. They love meeting new people Michelle and Tim live in their beautiful farmhouse on the property with their 2 Bassett hounds and beagle. They love sharing their home with others and the stories of their life adventures. They meticulously care for the entire property themselves.

Why they chose this property

The main farm house built in 1880 originally is situated in the front of their 40 acre farm. There are a couple of barns and cottages on the property as well. The farm consists of wide open rolling fields with a creek running through. There are approximately 40 black Angus cows on the farm. The Fairview community is a welcoming lovely bunch of people of all ages, etc and uphold the true meaning of southern hospitality!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a gorgeous farm with a couple of cottages/cabins we let out to the public We allow pets to stay too! We love meeting our furry guests! “ farmview” is also conveniently located 5 short minutes to Galax Va. with all the amenities of great food shopping and fun. As Galax is known as music city and located in the blue ridge mountains. Come enjoy some of the òf the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets ever!
