We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by text/phone (after 10pm urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel or email for non-urgent matters, as well as replying to the welcome text message you received upon confirmation.

Upon booking, we will ask you to fill out our Pre-Arrival Form and review and agree to our rental conditions.

You'll receive your check-in instructions on the day before of your check-in at 12PM. We are pleased to provide WiFi access for our guests.

Parking: Please avoid using the parking lot to the right of the house, as we've received complaints from the new building owner. Instead, you're welcome to use the small driveway on the left side of the house (when facing it), or the available parking space across the street.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, allowing you to start your coastal retreat in the afternoon. When it's time to bid farewell, check-out is at 11 am, ensuring you have a leisurely morning before departure.

Driving Directions:
The driving directions will be sent out three days before your arrival. These directions will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey to the venue. If you have any specific transportation-related questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Our Stay at 91 Barters Hill

When we arrived, the driveway was too tight to anything bigger than a sedan. Not to mention the location of the driveway is along a busy street. The tiles that leads to the house is also unstable and scratched the rim of the car. As soon as we entered, the house is visible from outside, so for safety reasons we had to always turn off the lights at night. The door lock would not lock itself automatically, it has to be physically locked. Given the location, the door lock should have the feature to lock itself. The door on the single bed room would not latch and there was no lock in the room. There was also no trashcan in the room. The soap in the washroom was almost empty. We booked for three nights, and by the second night, the soap was empty and no spare handsoap was to be found in the bathroom. Overall, the living area and kitchen were great. The two bedrooms were big and spacious. However, I would not count the 3rd bedroom if it is only half equipped.
