The property had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There was a strong dog urine odor, and we found ticks on one of the king-size beds. The beds and blankets smelled like dogs and appeared dirty. There was also a noticeable moldy smell when we first entered the house.The kitchen was advertised as fully furnished, but it was missing many essential pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The sofa, floors, and blankets were also dirty.A neighbor’s vehicle frequently blocked the entrance, forcing us to walk around to access the property. The bay view was not as described in the listing. In addition, there was dog waste on the walkway and throughout the yard.Overall, the property did not meet the cleanliness, comfort, or description presented in the listing.
