Seacrest 203 is the perfect place for you to spend the day relaxing on the sand or hitting the lively fun spots that are nearby. This unit is conveniently located near the one flight of steps down to the beach access, the pool, or your reserved parking spot. Of course the elevator is available.

The spacious balcony with a view of the gulf is the perfect space to sip your morning coffee, or evening cocktails.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy when you want to gather the family inside. Kid friendly dishes and some basic spices are available. There is even a shared charcoal grill space near the pool for you grilling enjoyment.
There are spacious gathering and dining spaces. Both bedrooms access an ensuite bathroom.

Hi there! We are Rick and Teresa from the Bluegrass State of Kentucky. We have always had two big loves: hosting family and the beach. Owning a home on Florida’s Emerald Coast has been the perfect way to bring those passions together, and we are so grateful to be able to share it with families from all over.
We first visited the Emerald Coast together in 2017 and fell in love instantly—we’ve returned every year since. Rick spent time here while attending school with the Air Force, so the area already held a special place in his heart.
