Lägenheten ligger skyddad mot gården och har en uteplats med utsikt över lekplatsen. Två parkeringsplatser och 200 meter till mataffär. Wifi och brett tv-kanalutbud ingår. Nära till bad och kommunikaton (ca 5 min), dels med buss in till Stockholm och även Vaxholmsbåt ut i skärgården. Ca. 15 minuters promenad ner till hamnen.
