A comfortable and attractive apartment in a peaceful, central and popular part of town. Located on the 3rd floor (modern elevator) with an inner courtyard balcony facing south, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice kitchen. Just a couple of minutes from Stockholm Södra Train station with direct connection to and from Arlanda Airport and other intercity communications, buses, trains and metro. Walking distance to central Södermalm areas such as Mariatorget, Medborgarplatsen, Slussen, Nytorget and a large number of a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping as well as attractive parks, playgrounds and walking lanes along the waterside. More about the apartment: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and access to wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) and a child's sofa bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed (120x200). Bathroom with a bath tub / shower and a washing machine. Kitchen with essential utensils and a table / seats 4 people. Livingroom with dining room table for 6-10 people, TV, Google Chrome, DVD player and stereo.

Perfect location for Stockholm exploring! Since we were traveling with our older teenage children, it was nice to have a quiet place to rest and relax after very full days. Easily within walking distance to trendy shops and restaurants. The ICA for groceries was very nice and convenient as well. We absolutely loved staying here and recommend it highly!

This is the coziest appartement I have ever spent my holidays in! Everything was clean, fresh bed linen, a lot of soft towels, even supplies in the kitchen we were welcome to take. Very warm welcome, a really nice children's playground directly next to the building, less than 5 minutes to walk to the supermarket. Bus stop and underground very close. It was quiet, we felt absolutely safe outside all the time. Thanks a lot, Anna! In case we come once again to Stockholm, we would be very happy to stay in your Appartement again.

What a wonderful well located apartment. Anna was very helpful/responsive to our questions. She met us at the apartment at check in and showed us where things were/how everything worked. There were two sets of keys which was really nice. She also called taxi for us on day we left. We were three generations traveling and each had our own bedroom. Highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons aimé l'appartement. Il est situé à 5 min du Tram ou du bus et 10 min du métro. Il est donc très facile de se rendre au centre-ville, cela n'a jamais été un problème. La cuisine très bien équipée. Le supermarché (ICA) est a moins de 5 minutes de marche. Il y a 3 chambres, ce qui est très pratique. La présence d'un ascenseur est écalement très pratique pour les valises.

We stayed a week with our two children aged 9 & 5, we looked specifically for a 3-bedroom apartment so they would have their own space. The apartment is surely big enough, and packed with books, dvd's and art, making it very cozy. This was our first time in an air b&b, making it a little awkward to stay between some elses' belongings.The other side is that there is no need to buy small things like spices and cooking oil.This area of Södermalm is relatively quiet, there are streets nearby but hardly any traffic. There is a large playground directly beneath the apartment building, making it possible that the children play by themselves. The Södermalmsallén is a big pedestrian / bicycle area. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants all well within walking distance.Public transport is within walking distance: train to the city centre or Arlanda Airport, bus to city centre or other parts of Stockholm. Even the subway tunnelbana is within a 10-15 min walk, both the red and green line. And if you like a good walk with nice views, the historical city centre is a 35-45 minute walk.So overall a very good experience in Stockholm.

Our host had a friend greet us at the apartment and show us everything we needed to know in the apartment and places to shop for groceries nearby. The apartment is the host’s home. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and I think it could not have been better for 4 of us. We were able to use any of the ingredients in the kitchen so we were able to cook a couple of meals. It’s great to eat out but it’s nice to eat in as well. The location was awesome. A few minutes walk from bus or metro. It was easy to walk to all the tourist areas as well if you like a leisurely stroll and see all the shops, restaurants and bakeries.

Great stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is great for four and can work for five but you'll have to share a pretty small bed which did work for us. The kitchen is the best equipped we've seen in all our travels. The location is great. You stay in a very local part of Sodermalm so I would be surprised if you see many tourists around the neighborhood. The grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away and have any and everything you want. The commuter train station is a 5 minute walk, the t-bana stop is about 8 and the bus stop is almost outside the door. There are plenty of restaurants within 20 minutes walk with a really good sushi place on the corner outside the apartment.Anna and her husband greeted us when we arrived and made our arrival simple. I highly recommend staying here!

Stockholm mini break

Our stay in Stockholm was truly wonderful, we love the city as first time visitors and staying at Anna's and Anders' apartment just made our stay even better. Our host waited for us to check in, was very communicative and all the information to help with our stay was easily available. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable, just evrything about the place had a really good vibe, the location is so handy in Södermalm, next to all types of public transport, supermarkets and restaurants, there was just nothing to fault at all, many thanks for a fabulous stay.
