Welcome to Gulfview Retreat. This 2 Bedroom condo has been completely remolded and furnished in January 2026. Take advantage of this new offering with an owners touch. Perfect for longer monthly stays, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat offers comfort, style and an unbeatable location on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach.

Inside you will find 2 king bedrooms, one with the option to convert the guest king into two twin beds. An additional Grandinroad Self-inflating EZ bed available for 5th person. Both bathrooms are fully remodeled with stylish coastal finishes and tile showers. The brand new kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless appliances and everything needed for cooking at home during an extended stay. High speed private WiFi and smart TVs are included. All new furnishings, lighting, tile flooring and décor throughout create a bright and relaxing environment.

Enjoy morning coffee and breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony with direct views of the Gulf. The primary bedroom also overlooks the water so you can fall asleep and wake up to the ocean. The condo includes in unit washer and dryer, a rare convenience on FMB. Additional amenities include heated pool, contactless check in and off street parking.

The Wi-fi lock system ensures each guest has secure & unique code access, and no one has to worry about losing the keys in the sand!

My husband Nick & I have been visiting Fort Myers Beach for over a decade and fell in love with this building and especially the quieter south side of the beach. You have access to the lively north end when you want restaurants, nightlife and shopping, and a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. There is a coffee shop across the street and several of our favorite restaurants just minutes away. When this unit became available, we were excited to renovate it and create a space that we personally love spending time in. We hope you enjoy Fort Myers Beach as much as we do. We look forward to providing tips about the area, the attractions and our FMB favorite activities!

My husband Nick & I (Kristine) live in the Midwest but spend as much time as we can on Fort Myers Beach and especially in the Gulf View Retreat Condo! We enjoy well cared for Short term rentals as both a host and as guests, and really enjoy being able to create great experiences for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We love the South End of Fort Myers Beach. It has endless sandy beaches, its clsoe enough to the North End to get all the nightlife we want, but gives us a bit of an escape from the hustle and lets us recharge. Its also close to so many actives and gets you access to Bonita Beach with a quick drive as well.

What makes this property unique

The View, The Beach , The Balcony Life and the full remodel plus more! We fully renovated this property to make it clean, coastal and peaceful. We spent extra time (and a couple extra $$) to make sure the finishings are comfortable for long stays. We will spend plenty of personal time at this property, and want to make sure we are proud of the experience our guests have while they stay. Its in a quiet, mostly residential Condo Building, and our unit is one of the few with In-Unit Laundry.
