Very nice place in a nice area. Lots of space. Two kitchen issues, no working microwave and no hot water to the kitchen sink

Heritage Triangle Condo community is beautifully landscaped-a hidden oasis. The unit was lovely and very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family. Kitchen could have been better equipped as there were no serving bowls or platters but we made do with what we brought along. Thank you to the owners and Tim Kerr Sotheby's for being very responsive.

House is located in a great area and is somewhat updated, but can use better furniture outside. There are NO closets in the bedrooms so if you want to hang any of your clothes…you can’t and 2 out of the 4 bedrooms are very small and only have a few drawers. They have a closet in the hallway but it’s filled up and a mess. You’ll need to buy beach tags and bring bedding, towels, beach chairs etc. Most places we’ve rented in the summer had everything.
