Escape to The Stilted Gator — a comfortable and thoughtfully designed canal-front home built in 2025 for families, friends, and anyone wanting space to relax and reconnect. With four spacious bedrooms, a large covered patio, a private dock, and easy access to Lake George and the springs, this home has everything you need for memorable days on the water and cozy nights by the fire. We created this space as our own home away from home, and we’re excited to share it with you.

This elevated 4-bedroom home features an open floor plan with 10–12 ft ceilings, oversized windows, and natural light throughout. Every room has been designed for relaxation, effortless gathering, and creating memories with the people you love.

Whether you’re cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, playing board games with family, grilling on the patio, or unwinding by the fire table at night, The Stilted Gator offers all the space and amenities needed for an easy, refreshing getaway.

- Private floating dock and over 150' of bulk head (room for up to 3 boats)
- Direct canal access to the St. Johns River
- Easy boating to Lake George, Silver Glen Springs and Salt Springs (about 30–60 minutes depending on conditions)
- Mud Springs is a short drive + 10–15 minute walk
- Fishing right from the bulk head
- Occasional visits from our friendly local gator, “Frank” (admire from a distance!)
- Multiple Boat Ramps available within 5 miles
- Less than 1 mile to Renegades on the River (marina + restaurant)

We offer an electric + water hookup for RVs:

*Accessibility & Important Notes*

Please note: The Stilted Gator is a stilted home elevated approximately 15 feet off the ground. Guests must climb two flights of exterior stairs to access the main living area. There is no elevator, and the home is not wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces are located on one level once inside. This home may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
