The Reeling Inn on the River with Private Dock and Deck

This slice of paradise is directly on the St. Johns River in a wide section of the river with incredible views and a relaxing environment. Private dock with boat slip that will fit up to 24 ft boat, a swing to enjoy the beautiful views and a table with 4 chairs. The home is a two master bedrooms plan with a comfortable living room and well stocked kitchen. The enclosed back porch has a daybed and trundle for additional sleeping arrangements. Large back deck right on the water to relax and watch the wildlife, with comfortable adirondack chairs, a grill and fire pit. If you want entertainment, this home is just a few docks from Renegades on the River. Restaurants, boat launch and boat rentals are close by. Just a 25-30 minute boat ride to the springs!!

This was the cutest house! Everything was perfect. The outside area was great with an awesome view. We came to the area for a hike and didn’t have much time to hang out so we will definitely be back with no plan other than to enjoy sticking around the house! The owner was very friendly and responded quickly.

Amazing spot for a weekend getaway!!!

This will now be our go to property when we visit Lake George area. Property was pristine and the owners were very easy to communicate with and very friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our getaway at The Reeling Inn very much. This is a great rental and we were very pleased and satisfied with all the accommodations provided. An added benefit was having our host staying nearby and available to answer questions about the area, etc. We will look forward to returning and staying here again.

Let Your Shoulders Down

Great place on the St. John’s River. Great place for a boat. Great place for relaxing and grilling dinner on the deck with a beverage and watching a perfect sunset. Great place to o prepare for and stay. Simply put, Great Place!

Cindy and Rick were very accommodating as we were able to book a extra day at last minute. It really is a home away from home. Very clean, and love the Classy Beach vibe decor. I love photography and got some amazing photos during our stay. The peacock's was one of the biggest highlights as they roam free. We caught sting rays, catfish, bluegill, and a WHOLOTTA peace. Bonus: We loved sitting by the fire pit and listening to the live band playing at Renegades!! Thank you both again. This is one for the books.Judith, Mike and Momma C

This property is beautiful! The hosts Cindy & Rick are amazing! It’s walking distance to Renegades and waking up with the view of the river was amazing!! We literally are already talking about when we can go again!! 10 out of 10!!

Amazing riverfront home

House was perfect for our family. Great location, great view. The dock was awesome. Kids enjoyed the water and wildlife, and central to plenty of restaurants. Homeowner was very accessible and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Cant wait to go back

clean, calm, and hidden away from the world. Highly recommend this slice of heaven on the St Johns River. Next door to renegades campground for some great times and far away enough for the privacy. Brand new dock to enjoy the boat with family and friends. Will be back soon!

Almost heaven

5 Star property with 10 Star owners. Reasons for 4 stars on the location: long sandy driveway entrance ( not conducive to motorcycle) and some abandoned neighborhood properties. Quiet, peaceful and the best fishing in the world right off the brand new dock. Local restaurants cook up the best fresh seafood. Don’t miss out on this Old Florida Gem!

Home Away from Home

It’s hard finding the words to describe how much I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It felt like a true home away from home. Cindy is a wonderful host! She goes above and beyond to provide you with a carefree stay. It is very obvious that they truly care for the home and their guests. The home is beautiful with a gorgeous deck that overlooks the water and dock. Plus, the sunsets were gorgeous every night. I absolutely cannot wait to come back.

Directly on the St. Johns River in a beautiful wide area of Fruitland Cove, close to Lake George, Salt Run and Silver Glen. Just docks from Renegades on the River, it is an easy walk to the restaurant and tiki bar, that features live bands every weekend. Don't want to deal with a crowded bar? You can hear the music on the deck where you can enjoy the music and the deck.
