The host was very welcoming and gave me a quick rundown of the home. Its a very spacious yard that give out tropic vibes.

The listing on the app is very misleading. While the host was well intentioned and tried to be helpful, the property was sub par and presented many concerns. The house and grounds were not well maintained and were inaccurately described on the app. The pool was located at a neighboring property and desperately needed cleaned and maintained. The street was noisy and the property lacked privacy from nearby neighbors. The host did not seem to recognize our concerns but did attempt to remedy the situation. We determined the listing was not a good fit for our needs and canceled most of our reservation, moving to another property. VRBO did assist in negotiating an agreement with the host, providing a partial refund.

The property was spacious and had plenty of seating. The living room is very large and the layout of the home was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious, The host was very welcoming and available for anything that we needed. Aling was kind enough to allow our family who lives nearby to join us during the day. There was a shared pool in the middle of some other properties that we were able to use, which was wonderful. Aling also provided a grill from the adjoining property upon our request. Home was nicely stocked with dishes, toiletries, etc. The only drawback is that the property is located on a very busy street, and it was noisy at times. (Seems to be the norm in that part of Florida) Check in & check out were extremely easy. Aling was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again!
