Hi. We are very sorry that your stay was not entirely what you expected. All the services offered at the studio, and what you will find there, are listed in the studio description and in the photos. As a kindly suggestion, the next time you are thinking of renting a place, please read the description carefully and look at the photos so you can carefully assess whether it meets your expectations. Regarding the laundry service, I informed you that it had an extra cost, which was also stated in the description (I sent you the photo where it is specified). I was also willing to adjust the thermostat for your comfort. We appreciate you leaving the studio clean, tidy, and organized, and for being such friendly and respectful people. We are always willing to improve the services we offer for the comfort of our guests. We hope you will give us another opportunity and that this time it will be more pleasant. We’re also sorry for any inconvenience caused by the fact that the studio does not have a sink. We’ve taken your experience into consideration and have made some adjustments to the description to make the amenities even clearer and help avoid any misunderstandings for future guests. The studio has a small area intended for heating pre-prepared meals and using disposable items, but it does not have a kitchen or sink. We’re very happy to hear that, aside from this detail, you enjoyed your stay and that everything else was to your liking.
